You can find us directly on google by typing: The acacia dryer, Saint Léon sur Vézère. <br>The Acacias Dryer in Saint-Léon-Sur-Vézère was built in the 1960s, it lived through the heyday of tobacco until the early 2000s. As this crop gradually disappeared from the Périgord landscape, it was used for several years as a storage warehouse. In 2017, seeing this building deteriorate over time and in order to avoid its disappearance, the current owners will embark on a real adventure to rehabilitate and safeguard this old agricultural monument. After 4 years of intense work in collaboration with local craftsmen, the dryer is now composed of 4 apartments, each with covered terraces.<br><br>The apartment "La Noyeraie" located on the ground floor on the south side is equipped with all comforts, it has 2 bedrooms of 11m2: one with 1 double bed of 160x200 and the other with 2 beds of 90x200, 1 separate toilet, 1 bathroom with shower and double sink as well as a large kitchen living area of 40m2.<br>The owners live next door. <br>Our pet friends are not allowed.<br><br>Options: <br>bed linen rental, 13 euros per pair, <br>travel cot, 10 euros per week,<br>baby chair, 10 euros per week.<br>Cleaning fee, 60 euros.<br><br>The swimming pool shared by the 3 other cottages, is open from 9 am to 7:30 pm in July and August and from 9 am to 6:30 pm in mid season. It is accessible from mid-May to the end of September.
