This pretty House sleeps maximum of 4 people comfortably,
with one queen size bed in the master downstairs and king size which can also be twin beds in the second bedroom which is located upstairs.There are two ensuite bathrooms, one with a separate loo.Very well equipped and functional kitchen with all you could need to enjoy your stay.Dishwasher, washing machine, no tumble dryer outside washing line Gas Hob, electric oven, microwave, Krups Coffee maker and, Nespresso, Fridge/ freezer, outside Summer Kitchen with BBQ ( gas), fridge, hot water ,adjacent to the dining area.
All the furniture and fittings are high quality and good taste.
There is a comfy sofa and two chairs for watching Flat Screen TV Canal Sat + and Blue Ray DVD ( small selection of DVD's) .Printer/scanner/fax.
Wi Fi. A/C throughout .
There is a dining area inside and an additional outside dining area in the garden by the pool under a pergola a stunning view across the hills full of Pine Parasol and Old Oaks with beautiful sunsets.
Four comfortable Sun beds, also a comfortable chill area. For a sunset drink. Hot shower Poolside.

Charmantes ruhiges Haus mit geheiztem Pool

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal in diesem sehr schönen Haus. Die Ausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll und sauber gepflegt, sowie im Haus wie auch der Aussenbereich. Die Lage ist ruhig und nicht weit zum Zentrum von St. Maxime. Der Pool war perfekt aufgeheizt auf 27 Grad. Die Besitzerin ist sehr und hilfsbereit. Das Haus können wir nur bestens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Karin

Wonderful Holiday

The photos on homeAway do not lie. This is really the perfect house to spend your holiday. You never really know what to expect based on some photos, but this house was really above our expectations. Nicely furnished, comfortable and above all sublime equipped with everything you could wish for. The chances are very big that what you have at home, you also have here ... This home is truly amazing. We stayed for 1 week and the time flew by. Visited Saint-Maxime several times. Nice streets with nice restautants, bars and local markets. Took the boat to Saint-Tropez. Day to Monaco, in short the perfect base to explore the Cote d'Azur. Also a special thanks to owner Heather. The communication went perfectly, she awaited us on arrival and immediately gave us a home feeling. Thanks for the nice holiday, we will definitely come back again !!!

Another amazing stay!

Our 14 days stay in June/July 2018 was our second stay at Heathers place. Our first stay was in June 2015, and ever since we have wanted to go back. The house was already amazing three years ago, but during the last year it has been further upgraded with an outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, a new heated pool and aircondition throughout the house ++. In other words, AMAZING should now be written in capital letters 😊 On tops, the host and owner of the house, Heather Clark, is probably the loveliest lady throughout Cote d’ Azur. Her kindness, service and professionality would outperform the “professional” agents and agencies at any time. As described in many other reviews of this house, the town of Sainte Maxime is a very good base when visiting Cote d’ Azur. Within one hour drive you’ll reach nice spots as Nice, Cannes, Sainte Tropez, Antibes etc. There are also quite a few activities for children in the area, i.e Aqualand in both Sainte Maxime and Frejus, in addition to a large theme park, Marineland, in Antibes. The beautiful Nartelle beach in Sainte Maxime should of course also be mentioned. From our point of view this is the holiday house and not at least the host of our dreams – it cannot be recommended enough – We can’t wait to go there again 😊

A truly wonderful month

As soon as I saw this house on HomeAway I was hooked. It offered everything my husband and I were looking for - great location, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated saltwater pool, outside shower, dining table for 6, comfortable lounge areas, dishwasher, washing machine, BBQ, etc. - absolutely everything you could want for a month-long stay. Upon our arrival, we were met by the charming owner/host who had already stocked the fridge with French "goodies." After showing us around and explaining how to operate the appliances, the TV, the air conditioning/heater and even the Nespresso machine, we settled in and began our entry into the French way of life. The house is ideally situated. St. Tropez with its high-end shopping and wonderful restaurants is 10 km away by car, or 15 minutes via ferry. Nice, Cannes, St Paul de Vence and Antibes are an hour away. The lovely seaside towns of Frejus and Saint Raphael can be reached in 30 minutes or less - that is, if you don't stop at one of the beach restaurants along the way. Ste Maxime is a small but lovely town with great restaurants, good shopping and very friendly people. We spent many afternoons drinking wine and watching the locals play pentaque. There is a small market twice a week featuring local produce, cheese, bread, fish, flowers, etc. On Fridays there is a larger market showcasing regional items that you can take home as gifts. I can't say enough good things about this house and our stay in Ste Maxime except to say that we can't wait to go back!

New Year at Saint Maxime.

Lovely property nestled 5 minutes away from the town of Saint Maxime! The house was beautifully spread out for the 4 of us, with one bedroom on the ground floor and one on the first. The kitchen felt very quaint and was well kitted with everything you would need in order to make almost any meal with a window that overlooks the swimming pool. The sunsets were truly amazing. The house was immaculate and the owner was wonderful and very accommodating. It was easy to find and we loved that we where so close to town and only 15- 20 minutes drive to Saint Tropez. We look forward to visiting again during the summer period as we would love to try out the BBQ that's by the pool.

Super Aufenthalt im Haus von Heather Clark

Wir waren 1 Woche diesem Haus -es war super. das Haus ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Die Terasse ist herrlich, toller Blick in das Hinterland, viele und bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten unserer ebikes mit und konnten daher von hier aus schöne Touren machen. Vielen Dank an Heather, die eine super Gastgeberin ist. Danke!

Perfect holiday house

Beautiful house set in lovely quiet location . Close to town and beaches and there is no need to move from the lovely terrace with amazing views and clean blue swimming pool, choose where you want to relax between sun lounger, or a comfy sofa , eat alfresco or inside the open plan living area. Call at the supermarket on the way in and just chill out for a week, cooking local produce on the gas BBQ . Heather the owner is a super person so friendly and helpful . I cannot recommend this house highly enough, we had a great holiday .

Super relaxation in very tastefully equipped home

Wir haben uns in dem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus mit dem Pool super erholt. Der Eindruck vor Ort hat die Beschreibung übertroffen. Es war sauber, der Service war ausschließlich für den Pool notwendig und hat hervorragend und diskret funktioniert. Sogar den Grill hat uns der sympathische Cleaner zum Abschluss geputzt. Heather hat uns schon in ihrer sympatischen Art begrüßt. Möglicherweise hat sie für uns die sonnigen Tage für unsern Aufenthalt bestellt. Der Abschied ist uns schwer gefallen. Dies trifft auch auf unsere Freunde Birgitt und Dieter zu, die den Aufenhalt mit uns genossen haben. Gerne empfehlen wir Heather mit ihrem schönen Haus an Freunde und Bekannte. Thomas und Katrin

Just Perfect

My family and I stayed at Heather's house for just over two weeks during July and August 2017 and found it was absolutely perfect for our needs. With a 12 and 14 year old we found the internal space was just the right size, the satellite TV & Internet were well utilised, with new AC and two bathrooms adding to the comfort. The outside space and lovely pool were well designed capturing the sun all day, with a tranquil view across the valley but also very private, and we spent a lot of our holiday relaxing in this area. Beds, bedding and towels were all top quality and the kitchen was well equipped. Another positive was the parking that is just outside the front gate and very convenient given a car is recommended to get around locally. Heather herself was very friendly and quick to respond to all communications and provided a warm welcome and extensive local knowledge. We have visited Sainte Maxime a number of times now for family holidays, and this house is certainly our favourite, and we very much look forward to returning at the earliest opportunity. Cosy, peaceful, excellent

A lovely house, decorated with style. Great clean pool, with a amazing view ( the pool cleaner comes every second day in the morning between 8 and 9 for approx 45min ). The pool has a night light, but there is a ban in this area to use it. Heather has (if needed) lot of useful tipps what to do, where to eat, etc. The surrounding is safe and quite quiet. The house is well located to reach the beautiful beach and the center of Sainte Maxime in 3 -5 min by car. It's simply a great place. The price - performance ratio is well balanced.

Simply Perfect!

So many positive aspects is difficult to know where to begin… Booking assistance and communications first class. Heather and Souheil were fantastic in attending to our every need. Property is in a wonderful location with lovely views and is very peaceful. All of the furnishings and décor are of the highest standard and tastefully in keeping with the rustic charm of the property. We spent a combination of days out touring and sightseeing as well as in St Maxime’s / St Tropez’s lovely cafes, bars and restaurants. We also spent time “at home” and enjoyed alfresco wining and dining, taking full advantage of the excellent cooking and eating facilities. Markets and shops were all very good and the beaches clean, tidy and not at all crowded (April.) The weather was superb throughout 20-23 every day with no rain at all. This really was an exceptional holiday experience which lived up to every hope and expectation! Within 3 days of arrival we immediately booked again for next year!! Charming Côte d'Azur maison

Heather the owner, who has good local knowledge, made us very welcome to this delightfully peaceful well appointed two bedroom house with the odd gentle whack of a tennis ball on the communal courts and later during dinner wonderful sunsets over distant hills A hire car enabled us to visit quaint hill top villages where we sampled local foods and wines in well stocked bustling markets, and of course a good choice of beaches.

Alles war perfekt, Danke!

Lovely property in a beautiful area of France

Having stayed in Ste Maxime last year we decided to return to the same area, but this year wanted a villa with a pool. Our choice was perfect as this is a lovely house which is well maintained and had all the facilities that we required. The pool was cleaned every other day, and the air con in the bedrooms was a real bonus. Heather was a great host, with both the check-in and check-out being smooth and hassle free. Ste Maxime itself is a perfect location, near to both St Tropez and the beautiful villages of Grimauld & Port Grimauld - with Cannes, Nice & Monaco not far away. Just behind the town are beautiful hills with stunning views across the vineyards and out to sea. Would thoroughly recommend the area and in particular this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday in the South of France.

Tastefully appointed holiday property

From the highly efficient booking and customer service to great attention paid to every detail, the property is a very high quality holiday home. We found it effortless to relax in such beautiful surroundings. Within very easy reach is Ste Maxime which has an array of shops, restaurants and a local beach in the town as well as the beach at Nartelle. We would not hesitate to recommend the property to anyone wishing to explore the Provence Cote d' Azure region because there is so much to see and do in fabulous weather.

Superbly appointed, well-located St Maxime villa

Our family of 3 stayed in this villa for one week in July 2016. The villa itself is lovely - everything is provided (including beach towels), all is clean and well-maintained, and everything is to a high standard. The pool guy came every other day to keep the pool clean. It was around 30C each day of our stay, and so we (in particular our 6 yo) were in the pool every day, while the AC in all rooms took the edge off the heat when needed. The terrace (shown) is in the sun virtually all day, and has both sun loungers and outdoor furniture, and often we had all three of our daily meals out there (there is a large umbrella and a shaded area too). We also used the BBQ most nights, cooking food from the excellent local market. The beaches are a short drive away, as is the heart of St Maxime with its restaurants, shops, bars, market. The nearest supermarket is an easy 10min drive away, and there is a small local shop for essentials (1 mile away) - including fresh daily bakery items. The friendly English owner Heather is nearby – she met us on arrival/departure and responded to our queries during our stay about local restaurants/villages quickly and comprehensively. We went to St Tropez on market day via the Bateaux Verts from St Maxime (10 min boat ride) and had a great day. We had a day at one of the local beaches (Elephants) which is superb and has a great restaurant attached. We also drove to the nearby hilltop village of Ramatuelle which has amazing views to the coast, small streets, independent shops, and a good selection of restaurants (as always). This villa is recommended - there is nothing we would change and we would certainly stay again.

Paradise

We had the most amazing 2 weeks in Heathers beautiful house. We could not have found a more perfect base for frolicking in the French Riviera. The house is just perfect, everything in it, from furniture to linens is such high quality and it makes a difference. We spend most of our time outside on the beautiful patio, either sunbathing, swimming and of course all meals al fresco. The views are spectacular and sunsets are so beautiful. We did a number of day trips; Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Cannes, Marseille, Toulon, Saint Tropez (many times) and of course Sainte-Maxime, plus some smaller villages Ramatuelle, Grimaud. We left early in the morning, so we could be back to end our day by the pool relaxing and watching the sunset. We rented a car, but for trips down to Sainte-Maxime and Sainte-Tropez we just walked up and down the "mountain", apparently we were the only crazy tourists doing that in the +30 heat, everyone else drove. We figured it was a good way to walk off our daily croissant and all the lovely local Rose we were consuming. If you are looking to spend some time relaxing or exploring the beautiful Côte d'Azur, you could not find a better base than this lovely home. Heather is an amazing host and goes well above and beyond to ensure you are happy and have everything you need. The next time we are visiting this area Heathers home is the only place we would stay and the only place we would recommend to friends and family. The nearest thing to perfection we've experienced

The property is heavenly, with perfect heated pool with loungers and beautiful country views, the pool serviced every other day by Souheil, who seems to take care of everything. The interior of the house is nicely furnished, perfectly adequate for holiday stay, with a well equipped kitchen.We will definately return, having in fact reserved our period for 2017.

A little gem.

Do not hesitate to book this villa. It is perfectly situated for visiting the Cote d'zur and a day trip to Monacco is a must. Ste.Maxime is lovely too, with a very handy shuttle boat over to St.Tropez (takes about 20 minutes) every 20 minutes. It's worth going to, just to look at the magnificent sailing yachts, and sitting in the harbour side restaurants for lunch, people watching. Heather has thought of everything you may need, and the quality of everything is top notch. The villa was absolutely spotless and we had a lovely welcome from Heather when we arrived. Beautiful bed linen, great pans and very stylish furnishings, all made this feel like a very special kind of place. The view from the rear terrace is outstanding and we witnessed some beautiful sunrises on the horizon. I feel we have gained a friend in Heather and will definitely be back. Sehr sehr schönes liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus!

Wir (vier Personen Mitte zwanzig) haben eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Das Häuschen ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man für einen tollen Selbstversorger-Urlaub braucht. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl! Die sehr freundliche Vermieterin, Heather, stand uns bei allen Fragen stets hilfsbereit zur Seite. Wir vier empfehlen dieses Häuschen jederzeit weiter, es war ein klasse Ort für einen schönen Urlaub!
