Just 4 steps from the parking lot, this comfortable retreat features a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, spacious living area, and deck overlooking the outdoor pool, playground, and BBQ area. Both bedrooms offer king beds and private baths. Enjoy indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, fitness center, restaurant and bar, tennis, golf, and more!

-Leave the Pointe Royale pass card on the kitchen counter. -Check carefully to make sure you haven't left any personal belongings behind -Please text "90-8" to 913-636-9538 upon departure.

This was the nicest condo I have found in Branson for this price range. My husband and I were traveling with our two grandsons and we were most comfortable. The cleanliness was excellent and we had everything we needed.

Very nice remodeled Condo which we both enjoyed very much much …. we have stayed inmany Condo’s in Point Royale, but this one was our favorite… we also liked the fact that there weren’t many stairs to climb for entry to the Condo

This is my second time staying here and the first time was great however during the second visit the condo did not appear as clean as it could have been, items were left from previous visitors and I had to ask for check in information the night before our check in. I was a little nervous to drive all that way without hearing from the host. Overall we really like this property but I’m not sure if we will be back.

The property was bigger than I expected based off of the photos shown. My family of 5 was able to fit and function comfortably in the unit. The only downfall, the temp of the unit. It was very hot this week, and it was warm in the unit. Luckily, most of our day was spent outside. The amanaties were great! The property is beautiful. With younger kids, being able to view the pool from the porch was a plus. My kids asked to come back!!
