a villa enjoys a breathtaking view over the gulf of Cagliari,

The house is located on the outskirts of the village of Maracalagonis and overlooks a small hill,
it is arranged on two levels, convenient for hosting two families;
on the ground floor we find;

the outdoor area is equipped with various relaxation corners,
two outdoor showers,
a large pine forest adjacent to the villa,

on the side of the house we find the panoramic swimming pool for moments of total relaxation in complete intimacy.
the house is 6 km from the poet the famous Cagliaritana beach,
not far away we find the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia
