Fantastic 1900+ sq ft Lake Huron Waterfront/Beachfront home with gorgeous lake views and endless sandy beach. Perfect for kids and families! Come watch the sunrise over the water, take a long walk along the shoreline and enjoy this unique 2 story home featuring an open floor plan, 3 bedrooms (2 on the upper level (Queen beds) and 1 on the main floor (Full bed) each with its own full/attached bathroom. The upper loft also has 2 twin beds and there is a brand new couch with fold out queen in the den. Full basement (unfinished) with ping-pong table. New blinds throughout 2022.
First floor full laundry. Bath/beach towels and linens provided. Fully equipped kitchen. Weber propane grill on the deck and fire pit in the side yard. 2 TV's, Wi-Fi, Dish TV, DVD, Xbox 360 all included! We really enjoy a nice movie after star gazing by the fire!
Community path immediately adjacent to the home for access to the beautiful, private sandy beach. Path is uneven in places - advising in the event of mobility issues. Beach chairs, toys and towels provided. Extra large dog crate (and baby gate) provided.
Harbor Beach is 10 miles to the north. You will find 2 well maintained parks, 2 museums and a super friendly village of people ready to assist! Port Sanilac is about 15 miles to the south and has many darling shops and local restaurants.

What makes this property unique
There is an open lot immediately to the south of the home. Neighbors beyond that are hidden by hedges. It is a great balance of privacy and community. The sloping path is very convenient to access the water. We love the beautiful sunrises, sipping coffee and watching the freighters go by.
