Cabin was very clean, quiet and close to the public beach and town. View of the sunrise was a plus. There is a walking path to the lake but unfortunately no access to the water
Stayed here for 2 nights and wish we had more time to stay longer. This was a great place to go to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and slow it down some. It's a lovely, clean little cottage that offers some spectacular sunrises on the lake. We did try to communicate with the host (mostly to say hi and see about check out procedures since this was our first VRBO experience), but did not hear back until after we checked out due to some understandable personal circumstances. Overall it was a great stay and experience! Thanks for hosting Joe!
The beach area is pretty much unusable. No access to the lake due to high weeds. Pictures were misleading as no weed growth was shown. We wanted a good place for overnight comfort which we did get. So our stay was still okay as we were not too interested in the beach or lake. We had thought we would have at least a good view of the lake. Nearly invisible from the back yard.
This cottage was just what we were looking for. The kitchen was stocked with a few cooking pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, and a few spices. The combo washer dryer was nice. All in all a nice stay.
We had a great weekend stay for my husbands 50 mile race. The house was just as pictured and very nice. The owner answered my call when I reached out about early check in and check out was a breeze.
It was a very nice, quiet, cozy little place but the homeowner lacked in communication. We asked him a few questions and he did not get back to us at all

So sorry about that my wife had a stroke, its been hectic, just wondering how did you try to contact me? You must of been frustrated and i should have made arrangements.
The host was very welcoming. He followed up to make sure we got in ok. This was our 2nd visit as we totally enjoyed the scenery and the peacefulness of our location.
We had an amazing stay. It was clean, cute and perfect for the two of us. It was supplied with everything we needed. Comfortable and cozy. We loved the location and the views of Lake Huron were incredible. I highly recommend this place when you are in the area.

Cabin was great. Very clean and comfortable. Nicely updated kitchen. Missed having a dishwasher. Loved the sunsets and sunrise view from the cabin. I couldn't get over how peaceful the area was.
