Large apartment with 3 bedrooms with double beds and 3 bathrooms.

Fully equipped and modern kitchen with all the necessary utensils, living room with sofas and UHD TV with access to cable TV, HD movies and WIFI available.

Balcony and patio of 70 m2 with direct access to the pool and the beach.

The entire balcony and patio in ^ deck ^ with table and chairs for outside dining. Loungers on the patio that provide great moments in the sun.

Common barbecue area available in the pool area.

The apartment has been completely renovated and equipped with double frames glass doors and double glazing, electric blinds and shutters.

Spacious appartment with a great biew on the ocean

The appartment had everything you need, it's very spacious with a large deck and even had an Ocean view! The beds were fine but very sqeaky. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this accomodation.

It is a beautiful apartment, equipped with everything you need. It is in a beautiful setting.

We absolutely loved our holiday, lazy days by the pool or 10 minutes from Porto and supermarket is a 20 minute walk. Good restaurants nearby to choose from, can't wait to go back and didn't want to leave.

Oceanside villa apartment

We had a very good time. Beach is very close and the pool is a pleasure. Little bars and restaurants everywhere. But you are not bothered by them. We will be coming back. Very nice hosts. Thanks Hugo!!

This apartment did not disappoint. Beautifully decorated, clean and a great size for families and the large patio area fantastic. Pool and grounds beautifully maintained with fantastic beach right in front. Secure parking also a bonus for husband and son’s motorbikes! A few good restaurants locally but for more choice travel is required but Uber great and very reasonable in this location.

September vacation

This property was wonderful! Very clean, modern, and relaxing. It was convenient being next to the pool and the beach. Hugo emailed all the information you would need for your stay. We had breakfast twice at Ar D' Mar which had great food and was right on the beach. I had my birthday celebration at Casa Branca which was spectacular. Spent two days in Porto which was a short drive away. We parked outside the city and walked over the bridge. Would highly recommend this property! Thanks Hugo for a great vacation!

Overall it was good. Hugo was very nice to deal with. The condo is spacious and nice but is starting to look a little tired but it was still comfortable. The pool was green when we arrived but luckily the weather was too cool for swimming so it didn’t affect us. We loved being right on the ocean which has a great walking trail. Overall, we really enjoyed it! Thanks very much Hugo.

Great place with a beautiful beach right in your backyard!

Just left this beautiful place and really enjoyed our time there. Although a little outside of Porto the city is only a 20 minute, ( 8-10 euro) Uber ride away. We spent most of our days sight seeing but it was hard to leave this place especially with such a gorgeous beach in the backyard. We did not have a car but there are two restaurants within a 3 minute walk and the grocery store is a beautiful 15-20 minute walk along the beach front boardwalk. Hugo and Rui were very helpful during the rental process and attentive if anything was needed during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful, clean, spacious apartment even better than the photos.

Gorgeous terrace, really close to beautiful beach. You can hear the waves from the apartment. Friendly service before and after arrival. Comprehensive welcome information about local restaurants, transport and activities. Plenty of hand soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and everything you need to avoid going to the supermarket when you arrive. We all agreed that the beds were the most comfortable ever in a rental apartment or even hotel. Immaculately clean everywhere. The apartment is bigger than the photos show. Excellent supermarket within walking distance (1.5km along wooden beach path).Very cheap and good quality. Loads of local restaurants and beach bars. It is very easy to get Uber's and they are cheap. Between €8 (to the Luis 1 Bridge) and €11 (Bolhao Market). We will be back.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the ocean.

We had a great time in the apartment. Everything is new, modern, light and unclutted. The pool is brilliant and mostly peaceful. We rented a car but did not take it into Porto due to the traffic but the bus service was cheap and efficient. Last one 23.30 and taxis cheap also at 10 to 12 E. The beach is very beautiful and uncrowded with life guards as the waves can be very strong and dramatic. They stood close by and watched over our children as they played in the waves. You can rent little tents on the beach if you want to and there are several casual eating places in strolling distance(t he better one vista mar next road from the beach.) Had lots of towels and hot water. The beds were very comfortable with cotton sheets and rooms are quiet at night. The ground floor was safe for our young family. We had efficient service from the owner who gave us information about the local area. The apartment was liked by all three generations of our family. We didn't see any British families but our children played with Portuguese and Spanish kids on the beach. People are very friendly in Northern Portugal. The best meal was at a seafood restaurant about 20 mins walk south on the main road or boardwalk by the sea, excellent fish. Also ate very well in the centre of Porto market, clams*2, sardines*2 , wine 1L ,bass, bream, chips, pop, potatoes for under 30E. We would book again.

Die Wohnung war perfekt für 4-6 Personen, es warcalles zip top vorbereitet und slles vorhanden, was man braucht.(Eventuell wäre ein Schirm schön).Wir genossen den Blick auf Pool und Atlantik und den Sonnenuntergang!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in super Lage

Es war alles wunderbar. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, es war alles vorhanden für einen schönen Urlaub. Die Lage war auch super, direkt am sehr schönen Strand mit guter Strandbar. Bäcker und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr schnell ist man in Porto, wir haben den Fahrdienst von Uber für uns entdeckt, sehr zu empfehlen und bei 4 Personen günstiger als mit dem Bus. Die Empfehlung von Hugo zu den Restaurants in Gaia haben wir genutzt und waren begeistert. Sehr guter gegrillter Fisch. Vielen Dank Hugo für alles. Die Wohnung ist aus jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Tolles Apartment in perfekter Lage

Lieber Hugo, vielen Dank für den lieben Empfang! Wir haben uns in Deinem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Lage ist einfach wundervoll, die Wohnung und die Anlage sehr sauber und top gepflegt. In der Nähe und fußläufig sind Möglichkeiten für den Einkauf, Unterhaltung und Restaurants. Auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind gleich um die Ecke und in nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit!!! Danke

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Hugo nous a super bien accueilli, il a su nous mettre a l’aise. La corbeille de fruit à notre arrivée nous a fait plaisir. L’appartement est très propre et spacieux même si certains meubles commencent à prendre de l’âge. Cela n’empêche en rien au bon confort de l’appartement. La vue sur mer est juste magnifique et la piscine fut très appréciée par la famille. Le nombre de vaisselle était limite pour nous (5 personnes), nous ne pouvions pas attendre de remplir le lave vaisselle. Nous devions du coup le faire tourner plus régulièrement. J’ai prévenu Hugo et il va faire le nécessaire afin qu’il ne manque de rien. Je recommande ce logement a 100% pour ceux qui veulent être au calme et à la mer sans être trop loin du centre de porto (20 min en voiture)

Tolles Apartment und toller Vermieter

Das Apartment ist riesig und wirklich schön, gut und modern ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Pool im Garten, wenig frequentiert. Wunderschöner Sandstrand direkt abgrenzend, auch wenige Besucher. Hugo, der Vermieter, ist supernett, hat gute Tipps, kümmert sich um alles, ist immer ansprechbar wenn nötig, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Hinweis: Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne Lage, allerdings etwas außerhalb. Ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar, die Bushaltestelle ist direkt um die Ecke. In das Zentrum von Porto braucht man mit dem Bus gut 45 Minuten.

Gross, alles was man braucht und sehr sehr gute Lage

Nachdem wir paar Tage direkt in Porto und einer eher kleinen Wohnung waren, haben wir uns sehr auf die Ruhe direkt am Meer gefreut und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Wohnung ist wirklich groß, hat alles was man braucht und die Lage ist einfach genial. Man kann von der Terrasse direkt zum Pool, das ein Traum und der Strand und das Meer sind um die Ecke sozusagen. Das einzige Manko ist, dass der Supermarkt weiter weg ist. Da wir kein Auto hatten, haben wir es aber so gemacht dass wir zu Fuß hin und mit einem E Scooter zurück sind. Der Vermieter Hugo ist super nett und erklärt bei der Übergabe alles sehr genau. Restaurant gibt es genug zur Auswahl.um die Ecke ist eine Beach Bar wo man auch Mittagssnacks bekommt. Wir waren als Familie begeistert. Danke für die tolle Wohnung.

Hervorragende Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Hugo ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Hugo hat uns zum Empfang einen tollen Obstkorb bereit gestellt. Kaffee war auch reichlich da. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Leider war es schon zu kalt. Das einzige Defizit ist der Strand an dieser Stelle sind sehr viel Steine im Wasser. Für einen Strandurlaub nicht ideal.

With an experience of 5 years in rental apartments, was enough to understand the demands of the guests and adapt to them. This is my third apartment available for rent in the area. In my opinion the beaches in the area of Vila Nova de Gaia are the prettiest on the coast of Portugal.
