House of 130m ² of full foot with swimming pool of 5x10m on a ground sported by 12 ares. With views of the surrounding hills, the house is located in a quiet clos located 5 minutes walk from the village center of Flayosc. The house has been recently renovated and has 2 double bedrooms with en suite shower room and WC, a large children's room with double bed and single bed, and a fourth bedroom / TV room with a comfortable 160cm sofa bed wide. The outdoor terrace gives direct access to the pool.
The whole is cloturé.
