Best location in Seacrest Beach!! This gorgeous 3 level villa is nestled in between Rosemary and Alys in the family-friendly community of Seacrest Beach on Florida's Emerald Coast. The four bedroom, four bath luxury home overlooks the 12,000 sq foot Seacrest pool -- an ideal location where your family can enjoy cascading pools, lush landscaping, fountains, cabanas, pool-side grill, and grassy lawn. Walk 5 minutes to the beach or take the complimentary golf-cart tram right outside the front door. Park your car and leave it for the week -- you can walk or bike everywhere!
The perfect spot for large families and groups, this home's first floor features a complete mother-in-law suite, kitchen and living area (with queen pull-out sofa) along with a queen bedroom and bathroom. This level walks out to the palm lined patio (including a propane grill) and the private gated pool access. The main level on the second floor showcases the great room with a wall of french doors leading to the balcony with a view of the pool and lawn. The open floor plan is the perfect location for groups to gather for cooking, dining, and relaxing. This level also includes a full bathroom, the laundry area, and a bedroom with a queen bed, a daybed with trundle and a balcony overlooking the front of the house. The top floor offers two bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bath with shower and soaking tub and large walk-in closet with a bonus set of bunk-beds (perfect for young children who need to be near mom & dad). The king bed has a view of the wall of doors that lead to the third floor balcony overlooking the pool.
The third floor also includes a bunk room with 2 sets of twin-over-full bunk beds with a private bath.

Fabulous location and neighborhood

House was beautiful and very well suited for 7 adults. Had some maintenance issues but owner took care of the major issues very promptly. Kitchen was very well stocked and we loved the game room in garage!

Excellent property with easy to work with host!

Clean, spacious property within great proximity to the beach and right at the wonderful resort pool. I was hesitant after reading some past reviews but needed this area to be close to other traveling partners. I reached out to the host Scott with a few questions and he was quick in getting back to me. I can honestly say this property is great and I know your party will enjoy it as much as we did! If you want a clean spacious propery on30 A this is it!!

Amazing fantastic property! The location on the green space and pool can not possibly be beaten. So roomy for 8 adults and 2 teens with perfect balconies for sitting in the breeze. Tiny maintenance issue at the beginning of the week taken care of so promptly, Marci is so easy and kind to communicate with. She helped us with all our pre-trip questions and bike/chair rental needs. Can't wait till next year to return-

Wonderful house

Our girls' trip was amazing thanks to this wonderfully well-appointed house. The decor is FANTASTICALLY posh, the chandeliers are A-mazing. The kitchen has everything from pitchers for cocktails to a casserole dish for breakfast. The bar has a shaker set for cocktails! All of the rooms are very spacious, including the dining area with a table for 10. We would LOVE to return to this house in the future. The area is perfect for an adult only gathering, as well as for family trips. We started out at LaCochina, in the neighborhood circle, and enjoyed a quick walk to George's at Alys Beach for dinner Saturday night. The owner provided excellent service with timely responses.

Good location but seriously lacking

We were a couple with 6 teenagers so we were for sure limited to home choices. This house fit the requirements for bedrooms and location to activities. That being said, there were many things that needed updating or addition if I were to stay again. The bedroom windows need some sort of cover to block the morning sun. Clocks. Some basic spices (no salt and pepper??). And garbage bags (we were given 2 for the week in a house that sleeps 12). With so many options in the area for rentals, we will not be returning to this one.

Not our cup of tea

The property was perfect for our family of 10. House was nice but is ready to be updated. Proximity to the pool is by far the best part. Proximity to the beach not so much. The tram system works very well when you are able to use it. We are early goers so never got to use it going by caught it coming back which was really nice. Place is great but TONS of RULES. Pool doesn’t open till 9:00 beach access doesn’t open till 6:00 and the space allowed for the largest property is very minimal. We were packed in the beach like sardeans which had us all sitting on top of each other. If you are not standing at the locked gate to the beach before 6:00 you will be at least 4 rows back. The host were very responsive to any questions we had and very respectful. The only reason we wouldn’t return to this property is the beach and so many community rules. It just doesn’t do well with the way we function I would however recommend this to anyone with an understanding of how everything works.

"Well it could be zero"

Arrived at 4:15PM to a house that had not been cleaned. Wet towels on the floor, trashcans full beds unmade. Called the management company but no answer. Called owner, Scott, who was surprised to hear this, apologized, and said he would make a call and get back to me. 10 minutes later he called to tell me that the cleaners would arrive in 30 minutes and take 2 hours to clean the house. Not staying while they cleaned – had to wait until after 7PM – after traveling 12 hours. Scott said his wife and friends stayed there before us “so this wasn’t a big deal”. After minimizing the issue, then asked if I wanted to pay more $ to extend the stay. I declined due to other obligations. I asked what he was going to do for us to make up for the dirty house. He got frustrated. I asked for half a night’s stay $300. He balked and offered $100. I shared with him that I have rented through VRBO across the globe for over a decade and never walked into a dirty house. He then said, “Well, it could be zero?” Accountability, professionalism, and hospitality were non-existent. Dirty after cleaning-all pots & pans had to be scrubbed, grill disgusting & unusable Multiple electrical outlets without covers Television remote control without batteries Old home compared to neighbors – needs maintenance Close to pool & beach

Perfect Vacation house for a large family

This property is awesome. The location is great overlooking the large community pool and easy walking distance into Rosemary Beach. The house is large and was plenty of space for the 11 of us. The bottom floor ended up being an oasis for our four teenagers with their own tv and kitchenette. The master bedroom is very spacious with a great balcony and comfortable bed. We also loved the ping pong tables and plenty of beach chairs in the garage. I would highly recommend this house as a family vacation spot. Just don’t forget to bring your beach towels.

Beautiful property/house

Wonderful stay. Owners very accommodating! House located in awesome area close to everything. You never have to get in your car. Plenty of parking. Everything we needed or wanted was there except bikes. That would be a nice addition. My only complaint was the third floor master. Light comes in early so need some blackout shades and need a couple fans as it was hard to regulate the temperature on third floor without freezing out the second floor. I told the owners and they appreciated the feedback! Overall I loved this place and will try to stay there again!!

Good location but needs maintenance and deep cleaning

The property needs updating and maintenance. The walls and carpet are dirty and a deep cleaning is a must. It was necessary to have the cleaning crew back out, however, it was still dirty. For example, hair in corners and on window sills, moldy showers, the sheets were not changed in the bunk room off the master, and the kitchen appliances were covered with handprints and left over food. The location is good and the property manager was receptive. On the first night the cable was not working. She was able to get one tv working the following day but the others remained not working for the entire stay.

Fantastic Stay

This house is wonderful. We had a great time and hope to be back next year. We loved the addition of the Rec room in the garage in case or rain or if everyone wanted to get out if the sun. There was plenty of room for everyone and the house was in the perfect location for us.

Family Vacation stay

Our family decided to visit the beach for our vacation. Our troop consisted of 10 kids between the ages of 12 months and 16 years old and 3 adults. We arrived on a Saturday and could not "check in" until 4pm which was fine, this gave us time to drive around town and stop at the grocers to pick up our food for the week. When 4pm hit we were granted access to the house, which was beautiful. The view from the balcony on the main level was a little blocked by a palm tree but not bad at all. The views from the upper and lower levels were magnificent. The location was about 4 blocks from the beach access, which was wonderful also. We enjoyed using the community pool and seeing the close by shops which included shopping, pizza and ice cream parlors. They also had a donut shop in the plaza. the house is a short 15-30 minute drive from Walmart and Publix and all of the eateries that you will need as well as the Panama City Beach Pier for shopping and sight seeing. The kitchens are adequately stocked and there are even plenty of extra cookware that we were not expecting like a crock pot. The beds were comfortable and the decor gave off the beach vibe. We were very pleased with our visit. The only thing that we disliked was the presents of fire ants near the ground floor patio/exits (which I'm sure is normal for Florida) and we saw a couple of other unfavorable bugs that we saw outside near the entrances at night. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and the communication between the owners and ourselves. I would recommend this to anyone and we will definitely try to re-book in the future. A great big THANK YOU to the owners of this lovely home.

Beautiful location

The check in process was easy and accommodating as a code was given prior to check in. The location of the home is wonderful. You are literally steps away from the pool and a few minutes walk to the beach. The tram can also be used to access the beach. Unfortunately we found that the house wasn’t as kept up and had a few things that were in need of repair. The whole house needed a good deep cleaning but overall the linens were clean and the beds were comfy. There were plenty of towels, kitchen utensils and lots of pans. The house was a great size for our big group of people and the downstairs bunk room and game room were perfect for all of our kids. The only thing that was unfortunate was the master bedroom and another bedroom never seemed to get cool air. It is on the top floor and in June but it stayed warm and there is no upstair controls. Overall it was a beautiful location and fit our needs. We can’t wait to vacation to Seacrest next year.

My wife is from Mississippi and grew up going to 30A. We were grateful for an opportunity to buy a place in 2019 and love making memories with our family there. We love the home and the huge Seacrest pool in our backyard and the short walk to the beach! We enjoy the relaxed feeling of the Seacrest community all the ways to enjoy and relax the house! We hope you will too! We would love to host y'all!

Being located on the awesome Seacrest pool and play area is special. It is incredibly convenient and allows for maximum flexibility and enjoyment for everyone in the family. The beach is a short 5 minute walk and there is a free tram with stops right across from our house.
