This gorgeous Gulf-front townhome has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is just a couple of steps from the dune boardwalk crossover. The home has plenty of sleeping options for its approved sleep count of 10 and has plenty of space for everyone!

Guests have access to a private beach club, several resort-style pools, including Camp WaterColor, and a variety of recreational options like tennis, pickleball, and scenic parks. Miles of walking and biking trails, along with access to the rare coastal dune lake, offer plenty of ways to relax and explore the natural surroundings. With on-site dining, boutique shopping, community events, and wellness amenities such as a fitness center and spa, WaterColor provides an unmatched vacation experience that blends comfort, convenience, and a touch of upscale coastal living.

Seaside is a fantastic destination within walking distance and is most widely known for being featured in The Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous, but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater, and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous. There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Large multi level condo beachfront and next to the Beach Club. Very large and comfortable and well appointed. Loved the locale close to the beach, amenities and restaurants. Easy biking to wherever we wanted to go. Only wish we could have seen the gulf better from the balcony but the dunes and vegetation prevented that.

Our family love staying in Watercolor Townhouse 9. We have stayed in Watercolor for years, but this was by far our favorite. I will definitely rent through Realjoy again. Walt was the BEST to work with. He was helpful before we arrived and all during our stay. We had one maintenance issue and David was sent quickly to repair. can't say enough good things about our stay!!

Overall, we loved the location and convenience of this unit. The unit was spacious and cleanly. The only downside for us was the AC won’t go below 70 but really not lower than 74 at night. It was a little toasty for us.

Property was nicer than the photos. Very clean, great set up for our family. Kids could hang out downstairs in second living area. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Can’t beat location. Kids were able to be right next to the action. Short walk to private beach.

Nice unit in walking distance of everything.

Wifi is awful. Wonderful new flat screens but some are not hooked up properly and/or no boxes. Pool was closed for maintenance for half of our stay leaving no where to rinse sand as that was the only shower availability. Great to be in walking distance of everything. Wonderful porches, nice furnishings and overall a great stay!
