This is our 3rd Christmas and New Year's we have spent in Long Beach Resorts PCB for Baseballfest. Views are always great and location is one of the best only about 10 min from the ballpark and Walmart, Walgreens ect.... only about a block away. For anyone booking now or the next month or so construction is still ongoing so our heated pool was still closed during that time but there was another one in between tower 3 and 4 and also beach access was only available at the main pool which was an inconvenience but not much you can do until they finish. Tower 1 seemed to be close to being done. The condo was clean and we had everything we needed. The fridge had gone out during the holidays and our host promptly got a replacement. Communication was great. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Tower 1 renovations are complete from the upgrades Long Beach Resort is making due to Hurricane insurance funds finally received. There are new elevators, a new fitness center, buildings are painted and there are more improvements. This started in September '25 and will be complete in March '26. A great opportunity to enhance the Long Beach facilities and aesthetics.

The entire resort was unfortunately under construction, but Barbara went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, that we enjoyed our stay, and always answered any concerns we had about all of the construction going on. She was very professional and accommodating and I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again !

We live in Atlanta GA and recently purchased this beach condo due to the unique layout that offers ocean views from all rooms. Plus a two master set up with two master baths. The condo is newly remodeled with upgraded kitchen, granite, backsplash, tile through out no carpet.

We love Long Beach so much that we bought 2 condos. Both are similar floorplan with two Master Suites and ocean views from all rooms.

Tower 4 #1204 (VRBO #1260939) purchased in 2/18 and Tower 1 #303 9/19 (VRBO #1774879).

Why they chose this property

OCEAN FRONT!! Amazing views/sunsets. This condo is newly renovated. We purchased this property in Long Beach due to the wall-to-wall windows and ocean views from every room. Very few condo floor plans offer two masters with access to an oversized patio with OCEAN VIEWS. The kitchen is open to the living area.

There are upgrades throughout with crown molding, tile throughout (no dirty carpet) and even a tiled oversized balcony. The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances. The décor is 30A chic and comfy.

The amenities at Long Beach are great with multiple pools/hot tubs and the proximity to restaurants is perfect.
