A spacious living area for everyone to enjoy :
The 63 m² open-plan living area with high ceilings brings together a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and spacious lounge with a 7-seat sofa, additional armchairs and a Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube.
The kitchen has everything you need, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge/freezer. A second refrigerator, washing machine and 8 kg tumble dryer are available in the utility room.

4 spacious and charming bedrooms – sleeps 10 :
The 4 bedrooms, each approximately 17 m², offer plenty of space and comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests:
- Bedroom 1: 160 × 200 cm bed + 60 × 120 cm baby cot
- Bedroom 2: 160 × 200 cm bed
- Bedroom 3: 160 × 200 cm bed
- Bedroom 4: 4 single beds, 90 × 200 cm

The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. A high chair is also available.

Pool & outdoor spaces :
The private 10 × 5 m south-facing swimming pool is heated from May 1 to September 20, subject to weather conditions, and fitted with an electric safety cover. A large pool terrace, 4 sun loungers, natural shade from a beautiful mimosa tree and a changing area with shower and toilet complete the pool area. For everyone's safety, children must remain under adult supervision around the pool and the safety cover should be closed after use.

A summer terrace for long days and evenings outdoors :
The 55 m² semi-covered summer terrace, with two large tables and 14 chairs, is perfect for outdoor meals and long summer evenings with family and friends. A large 3 × 3 m cantilever parasol provides additional shade throughout the day.

For children :
🌳 Over 3,000 m² of enclosed garden with plenty of space to play and enjoy the outdoors.
⚽ Children's games available: balls, diabolo, wooden pétanque set, mini football goal and more.
👶 Baby cot and high chair available at no extra charge.

Between the ocean, the Gironde estuary & the Médoc :

📶 Several Wi-Fi access points provide the same reliable Wi-Fi network throughout the house and outdoor areas, including the terrace, garden and pool area.
A real bonus during your holiday: teenagers can stay connected while relaxing by the pool, while adults can work remotely from the house or terrace when needed, without having to rely solely on mobile coverage.

🐕 Pets welcome: your four-legged companions are very welcome! We simply ask you to pick up after them in the garden, for everyone's comfort – and to keep our robotic lawn mower happy too!
🚭 No smoking inside the house
🎉 No parties or undeclared events
🌙 Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm
🤖 A robotic lawn mower regularly maintains the lawn, so you may see it quietly making its way around the garden during your stay.

Linen / cleaning / deposit :
- End-of-stay cleaning: optional – €150
- Bed linen & towels: not included – optional €25 per person
- Security deposit: €1,000
