We will definitely return in the summer!

​ We had a wonderful week in Bordeaux: 3 families of 6 adults and 4 children. The house is located in a beautiful, very quiet and comfortable place. There are practically no cars around. Very well-kept area around the house with a huge garden. Inside the house is very spacious and comfortable, large living room, favorable arrangement of bedrooms. The house has everything you need for life. There are many activities for both adults and children. The owners are very friendly and willing to help with any question. The most amazing thing is that at night not a single insect bit us. In the 5 minute walk from the house there is an excellent chateau Gravat with magnificent and very cheap wine. This area is an ideal place for families. The ocean can be reached by bike in 40 minutes along the bike paths. Bike rental is available. Great sandy beaches. By car you can travel around the region, visit a beautiful touristic places and enjoy magnificent views.

Belle maison en pierre fonctionnelle, très agréable. Lits très confortables, salle de bain et très grande salle d'eau avec douches fonctionnant parfaitement moderne, bien adaptée.Cuisine bien conçue, et l'éclairage de toute la maison également. vraiment un bon séjour.Grande terrasse agréable avec une partie couverte.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem wunderschönen, großen Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Alle Räume (Wohn-/Essbereich mit Küche, 3 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, 1 Schlafzimmer mit 3 Einzelbetten, 2 Bäder, 2 WC, 1 Hauswirtschaftsraum) befinden sich auf einer Ebene. Die Matratzen waren gut und die Bettwäsche sehr angenehm. Im Außenbereich gibt es eine teils überdachte Terrasse. Das Grundstück ist riesig, teils noch etwas kahl, aber Bäume und Büsche wurden bereits gepflanzt. Der Pool ist groß und äußerst gepflegt. Er wird regelmäßig gesäubert und die Wasserqualität kontrolliert. Es gibt eine Außendusche und ein weiteres WC in Poolnähe. Neben dem Pool steht ein Baum, der etwas Schatten spendet. Ein paar Sonnenschirme wären bei Hitze wünschenswert. Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es nicht fußläufig, aber wenige Kilometer entfernt. Durch den Eigentümer wurden uns mehrere Restaurants empfohlen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer verlief problemlos und war sehr angenehm. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Einzig die nächtlichen Störungen durch einen häufig bellenden Hund auf einem der Nachbargrundstücke haben den Genuss ein klein wenig geschmälert. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem charmanten Ferienhaus verbracht und können es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Das Landhaus ist sehr schön renoviert und bietet eine perfekte Mischung aus traditionellem Charme und modernen Annehmlichkeiten. Das große Grundstück bietet viel Privatsphäre, und der großzügig gestaltete Salzwasserpool ist ein echtes Highlight – ideal für entspannte Nachmittage. Die Terrasse mit gemütlicher Bestuhlung und liebevoller Begrünung lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, sodass das Kochen großen Spaß macht. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr gemütlich, und die großen Badezimmer bieten viel Komfort. Besonders beeindruckend ist die Lage des Hauses, mitten im Weinanbaugebiet zwischen der Gironde und dem Atlantik – eine wahre Oase der Ruhe (man braucht allerdings unbedingt ein Auto). Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Insgesamt war es ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt, den wir sehr empfehlen können!

Top ausgestattetes Haus in schöner Umgebung

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in diesem wundervollen Haus. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Ort umring von einem großen Garten. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und noch viel mehr. Wir waren sehr glücklich über die Strandmuscheln, Schirme, Bodyboards und die tolle Küchenausstattung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr einfach und angenehm. Man muss sich eben darauf einstellen, dass man alle Wege mit dem Auto fahren muss. Also ob zum Bäcker oder an Strand. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und haben die Urlaub sehr genossen.

Tolles Hau in einer ruhigen Gegend

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, bietet großzügig Platz. wir waren mit 9 Personen für 7 Tage dort im Urlaub. Sehr praktisch waren für uns die beiden Kühlschränke sowie die Waschmaschine. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Es waren einigen Gegenstände allerdings schon sehr gebraucht. Wünschenswert wären auch an einigen Fenstern Moskitonetze, da die Biester uns einige Male nachts geärgert hatten. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Zur Gegend: man kann im Ort und in kurzer Entfernung auf den Weingütern eine Weinprobe machen und dort auch den regionalen Wein kaufen. Ausflüge zum Meer haben wir mit dem Auto oft unternommen (20 min Fahrt). Auch der Markt in Saint-Vivienne-de-Medoc ist nett. Außerdem ist ein Tagesausflug nach Arcarchon sowie zur Düne von Pilat zu empfehlen. Fazit: wir haben dort eine tolle Zeit verbracht.

La maison de Théo

Très belle maison avec de belles prestations, très bien conçue. Grand terrain clos, appréciable avec deux jeunes enfants de 4ans 1/2 et 6ans. Avons pu déjeûner dehors tous les jours grâce à la terrasse couverte. Nous avons eu un coup de cœur pour la maison de Théo 🤗 et c'est d'ailleurs notre deuxième séjour. Située proche de l'océan, du lac d'Hourtin et de Soulac.

Sehr schönes Haus mit riesigem Grundstück und toller Ausstattung

Wir waren mit zwei Familien in den Sommerferien in der Medoc Region und sind mit dem Haus und der Auststattung 100% zufrieden. Das Haus hat einen tollen offenen Küchen-/Essbereich, zwei tolle Bäder (eins mit großer Badewanne, eins mit Doppeldusche), sehr gute Betten und morderne Elektronik (Waschmaschine, Trockner, TV, etc.). Der Kontakt mit dem Inhaber war sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Ruhige Unterkunft auf dem Land

Nur wenige Kilometer entfernt befindet sich das lebhafte Dorf St. Vivien, hier kann man alles nötige bekommen und es gibt einen schönen Markt. In der Hauptsaison gibt es einen Nachtmarkt mit leckeren und vielseitigen Essensangeboten.

Sehr entspannter Urlaub

Das Haus von Romain & Dasha ist wirklich sehr schön renoviert. Moderne Ausstattung neben rustikalen Bruchsteinmauern und alles an Ausstattung, was man braucht. Daneben ein sehr großes Grundstück mit einem überdachtem Außenbereich mit ausreichend Platz zum Sitzen. Das Haus liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Dorf, wo man vom Tourismus in der Region überhaupt nichts mitbekommt. Zu den tollen Stränden in der Region fährt man etwa 20 Minuten, zur Gironde nicht einmal 10. Der Hausverwalter Pascal ist ein sehr entspannter Kerl. Alles in Allem können wir einen Urlaub in diesem Haus sehr empfehlen.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem tollen Haus

Wir waren zu Fünft in diesem wunderschönen Medoc-Haus mit sehr viel Platzund einer wunderschönen Außenanlage. Im Haus findet man alles was benötigt wird und mehr darüber hinaus. Die Hauseinrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Bei Fragen oder Hilfe war auch stets ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Vielen Dank für 2 tolle Wochen in der man vom Haus aus sehr nahe an den Strand kommt oder die Gegend sich ansehen kann.
