Maison très bien agencée. Piscine nickel avec bonne température. Ensemble extérieur de la maison bien clos, donc impeccable pour les animaux. Véhicule garé à l'intérieur de la propriété, donc pas de risque de détérioration ou vandalisme. 2 douches à l'intérieur très pratique avec puissance de jet impeccable. Le propriétaire est de plus très sympathique.Je conseille cette adresse sans restriction.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus mitten in der Ruhe. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist völlig ausreichend, es fehlen ein paar Deckel, aber das ist nicht so schlimm. Der Pool ist wirklich klasse und die Betten bequem. Den Preis für die Endreinigung finde ich happig und wurde mir erst beim Buchungsprozess klar. Die 2. negative Sache ist, dass man, wenn man aus der kleinen Seitengasse geht, man erstmal ein kurzes Stück an einer Straße ohne Bürgersteig entlang laufen muss. Die Autos fahren da teilweise mit stark erhöhter Geschwindigkeit. Unsere Tochter haben wir dort alleine mit dem Hund nicht gehen lassen. Hat man den Teil überwunden, ist es wunderschön für Spaziergänge etc. insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt. Der Strand gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen und mit Hund zu besuchen. Klasse!

Accueil 10/10!Maison 10/10! Endroit 10/10 sauf si vous voulez tout faire à pied. Magasin, plage et resto accessible en vélo, Soulac à 5 min en voiture. Beaucoup d’activités proposées dans la région.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement, qui était propre, confortable et conforme à nos attentes.Nous souhaitons simplement partager quelques suggestions qui pourraient rendre l’expérience encore plus agréable, en particulier pour les voyageurs de passage. Comme le logement dispose d’une piscine, quelques serviettes supplémentaires seraient appréciées : nous n’avions que deux grandes serviettes et une petite, ce qui s’est avéré un peu juste.De même, pour un court séjour de trois jours, la mise à disposition de quelques produits de base comme le sel, le poivre, l’huile ou le vinaigre serait un vrai plus surtout quand on vient en moto pour le Show Bike de Montalivet.Dans l’ensemble, nous gardons un bon souvenir de notre séjour et remercions les hôtes pour leur accueil. Avec ces quelques petites attentions supplémentaires, l’expérience serait encore plus agréable.

Erholsamer Urlaub mit Meer und Pool

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in kurzer Distanz zum Meer. Das Haus war großartig, es war sehr gut aufgeteilt (3 Schlafzimmer), hatte einen wunderschönen Pool und Gartenbereich (inkl. Grill). Immer gerne wieder.

Mooi en gezellig vakantiehuis. Alles was voorzien zoals beschreven. Misschien 1 minpuntje: Frankrijk is toch een wijnland dus misschien wat wijnglazen voorzien.

Maison très fonctionnelle au calme

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison: pièce de vie spacieuse, jardin entièrement clôturé et sans vis à vis, piscine agréable... La maison est située légèrement en retrait de la route et elle se situe tout proche de plusieurs villes dynamiques (Soulac, Montalivet) et des plages. La maison et la région sont très dog-friendly

Très belle semaine

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Grayan, la location est bien agencée et propre. Communication aisée avec le propriétaire. A moins de 10 min en voiture de la vaste plage du Gurp. Nous recommandons.

Sejour très agréable et reposant.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison bien équipée et très propre, aucun vis à vis. Proche des commerces essentiels (pain, épicerie) et à quelques km de tous commerces. La plage en vélo est très accessible grâce aux pistes cyclables en quelques minutes. Le propriétaire est sympathique et à l’écoute. Nous sommes ravis de nos vacances.

Mooi, schoon huis en heerlijk zwembad

Mooi huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is maar 1 toilet en als je met 6 personen bent is dat misschien wat weinig. Wij waren met z'n tweeen, dus dat was prima. Mooie omheinde tuin, wat erg fijn was voor onze hond. Zwembad..... helemaal top.

Relaxing tranquil villa

Check in was simple via a key press. The owner spoke a little English which helped. Had to purchase magic sponges to clean the pool to prevent yellow line build up! Local shop within walking distance had everyday things handy. Bit too far to walk to the beach through the woods which meant cycling or the car. Overall very nice place.

Belle maison, équipée et bien située

Court séjour dans cette maison aux portes de l’océan. Maison équipée, piscine chauffée appréciable, frigo americain, literie satisfaisante, barbecue etc…Emplacement idéal à 10 min de soulac. Marché tous les jours. Plage Océane à 5 minutes en voiture. Je recommande et je ferai appel de nouveau à m.tiffon pour de prochaines vacances.

Week end de l’ascension 2022

Je remercie Monsieur Tiffon de nous avoir permis de séjourné dans cette belle et calme région ce qui nous as permis un bon week-end donnant un avant goût aux vacances. Je conseille aux prochains locataire d’emmener le minium qui n’est pas fourni (ect : torchon pour la vaisselle qui nous as manqué). Passez un bon séjour ! 🌞
