Anniversary trip

The house was wonderful. We used the pool every day during our 10 days in Vegas, was very refreshing after a hot day of sight seeing. The location was great only took minutes to the airport and downtown. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing time after the excitement of a day spent on the Vegas Strip.

It was very clean. Enjoyed the laundry room. Beds were very comfortable. It was a nice place for family and friends together. It was too cold to go swimming. I didn’t care for the no privacy on the bottom floor, no window covering and had a little bit of a problem with TVs, but all in all a great place. Nice neighborhood we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful!!

This home was perfect for our first time stay in Las Vegas. Very close to airport and activities; including the Vegas strip. We very much enjoyed the openness of the floorpan, lots of space. And the private pool was icing on the cake. Great stay.

Las Vegas getaway

Beautiful home (like new) and perfect for the family! All the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The home is located in a nice quiet area, just mins from the strip with plenty stores and restaurants within walking distance. We've added the home to our list of favorites and will certainly try to book for our next Vegas trip.

Very relaxing vacation

The property is very spacious and the kids enjoyed the pool very much. Except for the bathroom downstairs that we found somebody used it and didn't flush the toilet, everything else are clean. It also have sufficient appliances if you decide to stay in to eat. Kevin is an excellent host and he responded to all our questions promptly. We will definitely stay here again

2 Week Las Vegas Stay

This was a perfect property for our two week stay in Las Vegas! Perfect size home, and layout. Such an easy drive to the airport, the strip, as well as conveniently located restaurants and stores. We spent everyday in the pool…can’t do Vegas in July without one! Kevin was great about communicating anything we needed to know, and extremely easy to work with! We would definitely recommend this property, and would totally stay here again!

Beautiful and clean home in a great neighborhood! Loved the pool!

We traveled to Vegas for my daughter to have surgery and due to the pandemic we were required to self isolate for the majority of the time we were there. Based on that we spent most of our week in Vegas at home and this was the perfect place to be “stuck!” The pool provided hours of fun and relief from the extreme heat and the house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to stay put. Very nice neighborhood as well. The owner, Kevin was kind and communicated well before and during our stay!

This is an excellent home for business travels and family vacations. The reason I purchased this home was that the home is part of a new development here in Las Vegas. Furthermore, the homes proximity to the airport, strip, and Sam Boyd/Allegiant/MSOP stadiums.

What makes this house so unique is its proximity to the strip and nearby McCarran airport. As well as, having an available private pool for use and includes a full sized washer and dryer on the second floor for your convenience.
