About this property

Backyard Oasis, heated pool/spa, bbq, cov pergola, away from dwtn noise

My place is great for families, couples and climbers located on the west side of Las Vegas (about 10-15) minutes from the strip. There are double pillow top beds, 85 inch in living area and TVs in every bedroom with cable! Beautiful back yard with a private pool and spa, which can be heated at no attritional cost between March and the end of November.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

NO SWIMMING IN THE POOL PAST 10pm No Large speakers allowed on the property. Quiet hours are between 8 am to10 pm $75 per pet, per stay
$75 to heat the pool and spa per day nov-April $25 per day charge to heat spa year round $2000 non-negotiable fee for any guest that smokes in home.
Number of guests on the reservation are limited to guests ONLY Any alterations to the number of guests need to be made thru VRBO prior to check in.

Nice house with room for 4 adults to each have a separate bedroom. We got in late and only stayed one night, so didn’t have time to use the pool and hot tub but these are nice amenities to have available. Not too far from Vegas but quiet and less costly than staying near the strip.

This property is family convenient. There is a ground floor bathroom with access to the pool; very convenient for changing into suits when the activities focus on the backyard oasis. Three bedrooms upstairs are equipped with ceiling fans with four speed motors, creating comfortable sleeping conditions.I happened to be the chef for our party for the four days and found the upgraded gas stove to be exceptionally easy to use.Thank you for a very comfortable visit.

The perfect place to stay for an off LV strip experience. Nice and quiet. My grandkid has autism and the peace of place was perfect. No over stimulation. Beds were comfortable. Every person in the family had privacy. Only downside was the stairs creaked.

We chose this place after reading posted reviews and felt it would be a great fit. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t quite live up to those expectations. I try to be fair in reviews, and there were definitely things we enjoyed, but several things left us disappointed and, at times, uncomfortable. 1. The neighborhood felt older and somewhat neglected, which wasn’t the setting we expected. 2. The welcome note included language essentially saying not to talk to the neighbors because they weren’t friendly and not to congregate outside. I contacted the owner because the wording made me uneasy, especially given the neighborhood. He explained it was intended to address previous guests who were loud late at night, which I understand, but I felt it could have been communicated much differently. 3. The house was clean on the surface, but didn’t have that “super clean” feeling. There was greasy grime in the kitchen, and missing important items (casserole dishes, crockpot). We also arrived to 100 degree temperatures and didn’t even have a bottle of water waiting. 4. Laundry was in a cluttered garage vs. a dedicated space. The owner lives next door and used the garage charger for his EV, which also made the property feel less private than expected. 5. The pool was nice, but the backyard felt neglected, w/ scattered furniture and very dry landscaping. There is definitely potential here, but the property needs some TLC to match the expectations created by the reviews.

We loved our stay in this house! Ari is a very responsive host and answered any questions we had immediately. The layout is perfect for a large group to hang out. We loved the hot tub. The neighborhood has a lot of families and it was a great spot away from the strip. Highly recommend!
