Beautiful 65 Acre Farm with Wrap Around Porch

Haley Farm is a beautiful 65 acre property located in the Deep Creek Lake area. We used to be a Bed and Breakfast for many years, but we have been transitioning to a health retreat for the last three years.

But we recognize that many guests just want to come and stay at the farm without attending a retreat. So if there is a group of you (family, girlfriends, businesses) that just want to rent the Manor House, now you can. Enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the farm while staying in comfort. You can relax in the hammock, take in a game of croquet or cornhole, and make s'mores under the stars.

This is the perfect place for a family reunion, small weddings, health retreats and girlfriends getaways. The price per night quoted is for 6 suites most of which have ensuite Jacuzzis and fireplaces (2 night minimum). I’d be happy to quote a rate for a whole week or longer. There is a large fully equipped kitchen, dining room, multiple sitting areas, sauna, wrap around porch and more. The six suites will accommodate up to 12 persons.

Haley Farm is located in the Deep Creek area - a fabulous four season resort area. There is something fun to do all year. From skiing in the winter to boating and golf activities in the summer. Fall is breathtakingly beautiful with its montage of colors. There is something for everyone and only 3 hours from the Washington area and two hours from Pittsburgh.

Quiet and beautiful!

The Haley House was so beautiful and a perfect escape from our times. We slept so well in their truly comfortable beds since the spot is so quiet and the sky so dark and star-filled. We enjoyed sitting on the wide, wrap-around deck for morning tea and then again late into the evening with a glass of wine, even if there was a bit of rain off and on. The photos do not show just how large the space is either, with multiple dining spaces, all large enough for a small crowd, and many places to read or watch TV or play a game or something else. We loved the large farmer's market in Oakland on Saturday and the many hikes we took around the state parks, all within a short drive. Perfect relaxation for all!

Autumn glory weekend

We are a group of women 50+ years old. The house is very large and has plenty of spaces to gather on the first floor. The rooms are nice. The first floor has 2 king suites and the second floor has 3 queen suites and 1 twin room. We had several issues which were handled quickly by the owners, they were very responsive. There are many steps in the house and getting into the house. If any one has problems with walking you may want to stay on the first floor.. The porch is a very nice place to gather or sit and read. The location is good and close to the commercial district of Oakland MD. Overall we enjoyed the weekend and would like to thank Kam and Haley.

Nice, quaint location

Was a huge space that accommodated our travel. The bottom two suites smelled damp. Was a very nice old farm house.

We purchased the property in 1993 to get away from city traffic and urban pollution. It was definitely a welcome change in pace. We ran it as Bed and Breakfast for many years, including hiring Innkeepers for fourteen years.
In the last three years we found ourselves drawn to the subject of health. Haley has a Masters in Nutrition and wanted to help guests discover a healthy lifestyle. So we have been focusing on these - we try and conduct one retreat a month.
But when we are not doing these retreats, we still want guests to come and enjoy the farm and it’s facilities. There are five units which can be enjoyed - 2 Carriage House suites, 2 Barn suites, and the Manor House. These can be rented individually or together if you have a large group.

The Haley Farm suites offer a chance to unwind, immerse yourself in nature and get away from all your troubles. We offer comfort at a reasonable price. Whether it’s just two of you, or a group, we have something to meet your needs.

What makes this property unique

Deep Creek Lake area is a four season resort area with something for everyone. The lake offers endless boating, fishing and swimming options. The ski resort is an incredible winter playground. Four white water rafting courses are close by, including one at the top of the mountain.
Then there are the state parks, golf courses, and horse back riding.
Plus the fall colors are amazing. Something for everyone
