Hi - Welcome to one of the newest Resort Condos on the Beach at Alabama's Gulf Coast!! If you are looking to create vacation memories with your family, this is the place for you! This condo is beautifully decorated with modern accents.
Come see why this 18th Floor, Phoenix Orange Beach condo is right for your family! Our condo is perfectly situated on the West corner, 18th floor at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! There are 4 elevators and parking is available. We also have a key-less entry door lock so you do not have to worry about keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft, the unit is very spacious; newly furnished.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is equipped with full-size appliances, wet bar, ice maker, 65” flat screen Smart TV in living room and Large Smart TVs in the master, 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The new livingroom furniture is all electric recliners. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, 2 Queens in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedroom for sleeping up to 12.
The family will love the incredible, zero entry outdoor pool with water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and tennis and pickle ball court on the 10th floor!

Beautiful condo…. Location is perfect. The owner was very helpful. Beds were comfy. Balcony furniture was very nice and enough seating for us to enjoy the outstanding views.

Amazing Host, Beautiful Clean Unit and Perfect View

This property was absolutely stunning! Generally we stay at Turquoise Place but they were booked for our dates. So glad we chose this property. The views were amazing, condo was extremely clean and very accommodating. I can honestly say that our stay here was more enjoyable and comfortable than TP. Larry is by far the best host I have come across. We had a small issue with the A/C when we got there. Larry worked diligently to make sure that it was fixed as soon as possible even though he was leaving for his own vacation. Highly recommended!!

Family Beach Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The condo was great. The location was great. And the amenities were superb. If you are looking for somewhere to make memories as a family, this is the place to stay. The host was approachable and easy to work with. Hopefully we will be back next year.

Best condo in Orange Beach

Great property for our family gathering. There was a mix up with our reservation and the condo had not been cleaned prior to our arrival but the host was very quick to rectify the problem resulting in no down time. Very responsive. Beautiful views and property. All of the furniture was new and gorgeous. Will stay here again.

Amazing Orange Beach Condo

I had an amazing stay at this condo on the beach! The host was fantastic with communication, ensuring everything was seamless from start to finish. The home was impeccably clean, and its convenient location made it easy to explore the area. We were able to walk to dinner, pick up pizza, and get ice cream! The property had a great pool, lazy river, and slide that was enjoyed by the adults and children. The highlight was definitely the beautiful panoramic view – waking up to the sight and sound of the ocean was truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning!

The garbage disposal stopped working on the last night of our stay. I would recommend more bathroom towels, a normal size ironing board (that one does not stand up), and a mixer for the kitchen. Other than that everything was the perfect. Thanks so much.

Wish I could review

I wish I could give a full review of this property but we didn't get to stay here. This is the property we rented and the one we paid for but not the one we stayed in. We arrived around 9:30 p.m. to this property, after a 14 hour drive, to every bed covering having a stain of some sort. Every bed. The condo also smelled a bit musty. We call the property owner, who was very easy to get a hold of, and he said he could send a cleaning crew out or we could stay at his other property down the street. It already being a long day, having no place to go while they cleaned, we opted for the other location. Though the other location was fine (it was clean and smelled better), it wasn't where we wanted to be. We have been coming down to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area for 10 years after every Christmas and know the area very well. I would have never rented our second location due to the bed configuration, location, and the beach view being obscured by the hotel next door. The property owner didn't reach out later in our stay or make an effort to make the situation right besides giving us, in our opinion, a step down property. The Phoenix Orange Beach is our favorite place to stay and I am sure once the issues with this property are handled it would be a great place to stay. The lack of making the situation right (with compensation or even a check-in) by the owner rubbed us the wrong way.

As always we try and make ever effort to make sure our guests have a great stay Both units are identical. With great furnishings. I do not know why the bed covers were stained and not taken care of immediately by the cleaning staff. But they were notified immediately and taken care of. As for contact, we did contact you on the following day the 29th. Which you responded that you were enjoying the condo and said think you. At that point we felt you were happy and had no problems. Fun trip

We had 5 adults and 5 children with us on vacation and there was ample space. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed in terms of appliances and tableware. The condo is high up but if you are not afraid of heights it does have a nice view of the ocean and orange beach. The beach was just a short walk over from the condo and chair service was available. We enjoyed the lazy river which is connected to a small pool that has a water slide. Part of the lazy river was outside and part was covered. It did get a little crowded at times. Check in was easy and there was ample parking - parking pass was not that expensive. Check in was easy but the front desk was out of wrist bands so we did get stopped by security a lot but they were very nice and actually brought us the wrist bands when they were available. There was Wi-Fi that was easy to use and the door to the condo used a code to get in and not keys which was easy. Also all the rooms had mounted newer smart TVs so it was easy to put on Netflix or other streaming service. The beds were comfortable with 3 double queen bed rooms and the master with a king. In terms of the condo owner, we were given clear instructions with good communication. One hour after we had checked out and left the condo my wife realized that her purse was not in the car and had left it in the condo. I called and texted the owners in a panic and they were very responsive and called the cleaners to put the purse downstairs for us to retrieve when we drove back. Thanks again for everything!
