Our condo is perfectly situated on the 23rd floor East corner with incredible views and unreal sunsets! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Towers condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75”OLED SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 65" OLED SMART TV in the master, and a 55" OLED Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master, there are two Queen sized beds in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms for sleeping up to 14.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Towers with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. This property was so easy to check in, so pretty views right on the top, 23rd floor. Elevators came fast so that was no problem. The condo is all new furniture. Very comfortable beds and the views omg. And so close to the ocean. Ocean was beautiful with white sand beach’s. Patio furniture is also top notch. We will definitely be returning for another family vacation. And the host was very prompt in getting back to me. And a lazy river with a slide, floats included.

Great Place To Stay.

Great location, very clean and lots of room. Each of the four bedrooms had their own bathroom. Gathering area was large enough for everyone to wind down and the dinning area was large enough that everyone could set down and eat together. Great view of the ocean from the room and the kids (big and little) loved the pools and lazy river. We will plan on staying here again.

Great Condo! Really enjoyed it!

The condo was nice, clean, and as advertised. The pool, slide, and lazy river was a big hit with the kids after long days at the beach. We would definitely come back. The property manager made the process really easy and hassle free which is much appreciated.

Unfortunately we all road slingshots in from Atlanta. A 5hr ride turned into 12 hrs of getting soaked. Which meant we lost an entire day. But when we opened the door, it was like heaven opened up. It was bright, roomy, pleasing to the eyes, and comfortable. We needed that after our day of travel. Our only regret was that we only had 1 day left. So we enjoyed, enjoyed, enjoyed. I dont think i will ever rent another unit. From the kitchen, to the bedrooms, bathrooms and patio, everything was on point. Absolutely amazing. You guys definitely set the bar high. It will be hard to beat. Thanks again.

Fall Break Vacation

Can’t say enough great things about the wet bar area, the kitchen, and balcony!!! Wish the bedrooms and bathrooms were a bit bigger, bathroom doors hit the beds. No sink cabinet or counter to lay things on in 2 of the bathrooms. A big yuck was no shelves or ledges in the showers. Lazy River was great!! We will definitely be back to the Gulf Towers for sure.

Overall our stay was okay. We stayed in the same building last year. The condo had a few broken chairs and starter supplies in the kitchen were not there so make sure you arrive with everything just in case. There were issues with the elevators with two of the 4 not working. My husband and grandson were stuck in one of them on the 18th floor for about 45 minutes. He was advised the front desk would call me to let me know there was an issue but they never did. They may want to brush up on their emergency preparedness plans as there seemed to be a lot of confusion on what action should be taken. The beech was very crowded this year. We rented beach chairs but question the cost as there is no control on other vacationers encroaching on your space or several groups setting up in front of you. Overall the condo itself was nice but will probably look for somewhere else next year.

The room was nice. Decorated well and great view. My only complaint is that very little amenities were included. The check in instructions do let you know that a starter supply is all that is provided. For the cost of the rental I feel like basic cleaning amenities should be included. We had no sponge, or cleaning cloth to wash dishes. They provided us with one dish towel, one trash bag and a roll of paper towels. There was one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. I did contact the rental company and they did allow me to see if I could find something else in another rental to at least wash dishes however I only found a dish cloth in that rental as well. I feel like the difference between a good rental and an excellent one is having the basic necessities available without having to go buy them once you get into town to enjoy your vacation. If more basic amenities were provided I would give this a 5 star review.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful condo with ample seating for eight people. While we try to find four bedroom units with four king beds, the three bedrooms with two queen beds worked well. The bedrooms are small for this bedding, which didn’t give much walking around space. Cooking was a bit of a challenge since there was only one casserole dish and no serving bowls but it was fine. There was plenty of flatware and dishes. We had a problem with the tv not working due to a blown fuse, but while we couldn’t reach anyone on Saturday they came quickly on Monday. The dishwasher is cheap and never would run right. Kept turning off in the middle of a cycle.

Only negative was parking fee -feel like that should be included in price or only charge for additional cars-plenty of parking available in off season. Providing more trash bags would also have been helpful since you are asked to take out your trash-or if you need to buy, we have stayed at other places where people can leave those items for the next person since you don’t always have room to travel with them if you fly. Like the code access to avoid keeping track of keys for multiple people. Overall great stay,quick response if you need anything and close to lots of food options!

The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need, beds were comfortable, and living area and balcony were spacious. The bedrooms could've offered a little more space, but certainly not a deal breaker. The entire property was very nice and well maintained. All personnel that we encountered were very pleasant. Our stay from start to finish was amazing, fun, and relaxing. Our family will definitely come back to this unit. No complaints here. And Michael, at Phoenix Vacation Rentals, was a pleasure to work with....very hands-on and accommodating. It was an excellent experience all the way around!
