Feet to the beach!

This rental has a great location, just steps from the gulf as well as a lovely view from the deck. The unit was comfortable as were the beds. Loved being able to hear the waves from the bedroom at night. Plenty of beach towels and beach chairs and toys provided. The bikes were a nice perk to explore the island without getting in your car. The property manager Mike was very helpful and responsive to our needs.

A Piece of Paradise

This is a very nice condo with an awesome view of the Gulf. Upon arriving, we realized something was wrong with the A/C, as it wasn't cooling down, but the temperature was going up...it eventually got to 82 degrees. I called the property manager, Mike, and he was awesome! He responded within minutes and had an AC guy scheduled to come out that night. It was fixed by the next morning and Mike was on top of the entire process, even offering to move us to a different unit. What could've been a miserable start to our vacation, ended up being a very pleasant experience on how true customer service should work. Thank you Mike! As far as the condo goes, it is furnished well, with very comfortable furniture and fabrics. The kitchen and baths are nicely updated and the unit is supplied with ample towels and linens. Additionally, the lanai is a very nice place to spend time off the beach, offering a wonderful full view of the beach, and the furniture is comfortable. The beach was the best, having just been replenished with new sand. The beach is nice and wide and gives everyone the ability to have their own space. The next best thing was the king size bed in the master! If I could've taken it home with me, I would've. It was SOOOO comfortable! Wonderful place and we will be back next year!

Location on Manasota Key was beautiful and relaxing.

We enjoyed a comfortable, clean condo and amazing views on a beach that is mostly private to the condos. Very relaxing. Easy walk to area restaurants.

Fantastic gulf view

The view from the spacious lanai was fantastic. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with Mike was always prompt, helpful and professional - we were super happy about that
