Overall, we had a great stay. What we loved about this property is the location, air conditioning, window blind/shutters. The check in and check out process take place at the leasing office which is 15 minutes car ride from the property. This is extremely inconvenient especially for early flights. The property listed 2 bathrooms which it did have 2, however, there is only 1 toilet/water closet. The master bedroom AC have this constant rattling noise which might be a problem for light sleeper. The master bathroom shower head can not be adjusted/secured at a higher elevation. Only one out of our family of 4 was willing to suffer through that shower, so the other 3 had to share one shower. The refrigerator, pots/pan, cutting board are very old/dated and should probably be replaced.

Une des plus belles résidences de la Cote d'Azur, Un appartement agréable

La sympathie et la professionalité de François-Alain lors du check-out nous ont fait oublier les quelques indications négatives sur la propreté à l'arrivée. Il a bien noté nos signalations afin d' intervenir pour le futur. Je conseille donc cet appartement admirablement situé dans une splendide résidence

Emplacement et appartement parfait

L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture, tout se fait à pied ! L’appartement est très bien, conforme à nos attentes. Bien équipé, spacieux. La piscine est un plus tout comme le terrain de pétanque Idéal pour famille ou couple d’amis

Quatre jours géniales à Antibes

Grand appartement très lumineux avec grandes terrasses, au centre de Juan les Pins et a la mer, calme dans un bâtiment moderne, parking couvert. Très bien maintenu, propre et doté de tout ce qu'il faut. Staff excellent et immédiatement réactif à n'importe quelle requête

Generally a very good appartment. Nice poll area and quite and relaxing neigbourhood. Beaches in Antibes are ok, but most of space occupied by hotels and bars.

Just perfect - beyond expectations

This was my first time to use airBnb. From start to finish the service from Airbnb staff was professional, slick, welcoming and accommodating. It was easy to communicate with them at all times and they were very responsive. The apartment itself was a 5 star experience. Everything was as advertised and better. There were nice small touches like coffee pods, olive oil , vinegar, sugar and soap and dishwasher & washing tablets at the apartment , things you don’t want to have to buy for a three day stay - that was very kind and thoughtful. Top marks and thank you to Nicolas and Francois especially. Sarah and family.

Superbe appartement offrant de très belles prestations, emplacement idéal (bye-bye la voiture, tout se fait à pieds) dans un environnement idyllique (le parc et la piscine sont sublimes), le tout au calme...que demander de plus ? la météo ; ) Accueil dynamique et très sympathique, tout en sourire !

Séjour à Juan les pins

Parfait petit appartement, idéal pour 6 personnes, a quelques centaines de mètres du bord de mer. A proximité des rues piétonnes. Les hôtes ont été sympa. On recommande.
