Modern, Fresh and Beautiful 2 Bedroom Cottage!

This sweet and homey 2 bedroom, dog-friendly cottage was built in 1914 and fully renovated in 2020! It is upscale and modern with all of the amenities you need to work from home or enjoy a relaxing getaway! Close to all of the most popular attractions, such as The Broadmoor (5 minutes), The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo (9 minutes), Seven Falls (6 minutes), and downtown Colorado Springs (8 minutes) this is the perfect home for you!
The floor plan is open and airy and all of the living areas are accessible from the living room, which is the heart of this home. The Master Bedroom, with a King Bed, is on the front side of the house and includes a large closet, a dresser, charging lamps on the nightstands, and a television. Open the french doors onto your private patio and beautifully landscaped fully fenced yard. The Queen Bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, an armoire to hang your clothes and store your belongings, a television, and dimming lights above each side of the bed. Between the 2 bedrooms, you will find the full bath with tub and shower.
The well equipped kitchen has everything you might need including brand new appliances, crockpot, blender, toaster, and all the cookware and bakeware you could need. The Cuisinart Coffee Center is the best part! Start your morning off right with complimentary coffee or tea! From the kitchen, you can access the deck patio with a gas grill.
We offer a washer and dryer along with laundry soap, fabric softener sheets and an iron and ironing board for your convenience.
This home is the perfect getaway for family and friend getaways, business/conference events at The Broadmoor, and other events such as The Fallen Fireman Memorial. Whether you want to stay for 3 nights or 30, we would love to have you! For stays longer than 30 nights, please inquire!

Lovely Retreat

This was such a perfect place for us to stay for a wedding in town. Our little fur babies loved it too- the potty situation was super convenient with having the backyard accessible from the master bedroom. Only recommendation I have is to get new pillows and have enough on the bed where two people can each have two pillows to sleep with. Super cute and cozy!

Cheyenne Bungalow was perfect. Tucked back just off the Main Street. Quiet and comfortably. We saw a few deer and even a little bear visited one evening. Gertie, our dog, loved it. She had never seen a bear before. Food choices are fantastic. In the morning we had Crepes at Paris Crepes and for dinner try The Rabbit Hole or Shugas both fantastic.watch out for those “Hail Storms” We give this place 100%

The gardens around the properties and each bungalow are very pretty, the bed in the master is very comfy the main complaint is the carpet and drapes, the bungalow would be so much more attractive with tile or wood floors and blinds and not have the dirty carpet smell, but nevertheless we enjoyed our stay

I was not familiar with this area prior to booking. This area turned out to be a perfect spot near the Cheyenne mountains and the Broadmoor. The cottage was just as described but so much more. The beds were extra comfortable, it felt very private, and it was a perfect place to return to after a day of sightseeing.

Perfect size for couples

My wife and I with our one year old lab stayed at the cottage over Christmas while visiting our kids and grandkids. The accommodations were exactly as descirbed and fit for purpose. Having a private, fenced sideyard for our dog was perfect. And the location was close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely reserve this again. Thank you.

Colorado Springs Treasure

This property is wonderful. Spacious, clean and charming and well equipped. There are neighbors, but you feel secluded. Our little dog just loved the fenced back yard. The gardens are lovely and well kept. It is centrally located to lots of CS activities. John was terrific and very caring. We will definitely return to the Cottage.

Great Cottage!

We stayed at the cottage while we were displaced from our home nearby for a construction project. The location is very convenient to everything and the cottage was very comfortable. Lots of thoughtful touches made it really feel very welcoming - like a home away from home. There might be something wrong with the bed though, I slept late everyday! 😊

Birthday getaway!

Everything was fantastic. Very cute house and close to everything we were interested in seeing and doing. Did have a small snafu trying to find the house in the dark upon arrival. For some reason google maps doesn’t get you all the way to the property. Had to switch gps to “walk” mode to find it. Other than that, it was a perfect place for a little Birthday getaway!!
