Come enjoy our 5 Bedroom, 4.5 Bath (4,800+ sqft) home for your Auburn experience. Spacious home with multiple living areas, perfect for multiple families or large families that just want to spread out. Quiet, family neighborhood with plenty of parking in front of the house in addition to the driveway. Only minutes from Jordan-Hare stadium and beautiful AU campus (3.0 miles). Convenient to TigerTown Shopping Center, airport, Mall, downtowns of Auburn & Historic Opelika.
Bedroom #1 is a large master bedroom (king bed) located on the main level and has its own private bath with double vanity sinks, full-sized walk-in shower with separate garden tub. Bedroom #2 is another large bedroom (queen bed) located in a walkout basement and has its own private bath and separate living area. Three (3) additional bedrooms are located upstairs. Bedroom #3 (queen bed) has its own private bathroom. Bedroom #4 (two twin beds) and Bedroom #5 (full bed) share a bathroom. Our house can comfortable sleep 10 people in beds with plenty of space for additional air mattresses if needed. Clean fee included in price.
