The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas make gathering easy, while multiple bedrooms and living spaces offer plenty of privacy and comfort.
Downstairs:
Bedroom 1:Primary Suite: King bed with ensuite bath featuring double vanity, soaking tub, separate shower, walk-in closet, and linen closet.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with shared full bath accessible from both the bedroom and hallway.
Kitchen & Living: Fully equipped kitchen with pantry, dining for six, and a comfortable living area with Smart TV.
Laundry: Washer and dryer located behind double doors off the main hallway.
Garage: Guest access available (open from inside; exterior keypad closes the door).
Upstairs:
Loft / Second Living Area: Queen-size sofa bed — perfect for extra guests or kids’ movie nights.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove all linens from the beds that were used and start one load of laundry. Do not make any beds.
Place all used towels in the bathroom floor.
Start the dishwasher if any dishes were used.
Dispose of trash in the outdoor bins located inside the garage.
Double-check that all windows and doors are locked.
Return thermostat to 76 degrees during the warm months and 66 degrees during the cool months.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
