We booked this place for the Red Rocks amphitheater concert. Conveniently close. The weather was near 100 degrees the host provided portable A/C units that worked ok. We had portable fans blasting everywhere. Quiet neighborhood and restaurants in walking distance. Everything was updated furniture wise. The beds were very soft if you have a bad back, not good. The cleaning could be better. ( the bedroom lights had cobwebs all in them. All in all a ok place to stay.

Very lovely home with a variety of spaces for living - - from small group to an occasional dinner with family guests. John the host was very communicative and responsive! We appreciated the comfortable beds, nice appliances, and ample space for anything a guest could need or want. Also, a VERY wonderful location, in the center of everything Denver and the area has to offer. Would recommend this for you and your family or guests.
