Newly remodeled house with a view of the lake.

Sawmill Creek Resort, Lake Erie Islands, Cedar Point Park and Sports Center, Thunderbird Hills Golf Course all close by.

There is no lake access from the property. There is a park and two small beaches within walking distance.

One beach for swimming and one for sea glass collecting.

Plenty of board games for the family.
