Beautifully remodeled! This upstairs unit has a master bedroom with a king bed and TV. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has a full over full bunkbed. There are 2.5 bathrooms in this home. The master has a bathroom with a tub/shower. The second bathroom also has a tub/shower and the third bathroom is a combination half bath and laundry room.

The house was perfect! My family came to visit from out of state and I wanted them to have a great beach house. Perfect location, walking distance to lots of activities and restaurants. The house was very nice and updated, and overall very comfortable for everyone. I’d highly recommend!

Perfection in Newport!

This condo is amazing, the photos do not do it justice! The beds were super comfy, the location was perfection! The garage parking was a smidge larger than most, washer & dryer, 3 bathrooms and the most amazing views! The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen and was super clean!!! We absolutely loved our stay and will be back!!!

We picked this unit not knowing the area and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Our oldest son has recently move to Costa Mesa and this was our first first from NC. We were able to walk to lunch’s and dinners. Beautiful views from windows and balcony. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Beach Home

This place was exactly what we were hoping for. True to pictures, very clean. The view is unbelievable and so convienent how close it is to everything, the Pier, shops, restaurants, the best handmade ice cream we had down the boardwalk. We all agreed this will be our go to beach vacation home. No need to try another place when this one had it all, including the beach chairs, umbrella, and toys. It was great.

Best views around

Fantastic place! Magnificent 180 degree view of the beach. Garage parking was tight with a minivan rental, but having a parking spot was very nice in this busy area. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. We left a couple of boogie boards for the next guests. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Enjoy!

Great Location

We came in just for the weekend and it was wonderful. The unit is just steps away from the Newport Pier. Parking is tough if you need to park on the street but they do have a garage available.

Everything about this place and our stay was wonderful! You can’t beat the location. Steps from the beach and around the corner from all the restaurant action. It was so great walking in to a clean house. Beach chairs, toys, towels all provided. Garage was key! Check in and out was easy. We would definitely rent again!! Thank you, Nicole!
