Pavilion with exotic wood terrace facing south, large living room kitchen, 3 large bedrooms upstairs. Near the Baronnie, all shops, cinema, aquatic center in the vicinity very close. Located 3 km from the sea. Home between 8 and 10 people. The beds are flexible depending on the number of people and your preferences. Espalier, rower, ping pong table.
