Located at the beach in the famous Sandy Beach Resorts master planned community of Puerto Penasco, Rocky Point, you will find this ideal location. Come visit, relax, and enjoy life to its fullest. Every Casa Blanca Golf Villa has a beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez as well as our central park area.

There are approximately 15 acres including 5 plus acres of spectacular desert oasis park with exciting amenities. The luxurious condominiums and breathtaking beach community villas are located by the ocean. 2 heated pools and the newest pool with a swim up bar

There is a professional putting 18 hole golf course available, free to renters. The grounds have 4 pools and lounge areas, one located just below Condo balcony. Several gas grill picnic areas with palapas, Volleyball court, and additional Cabana areas for larger groups. There is a nice paved path leading to easy beach access to a wonderful sandy beach. The Condo is fully furnished with air conditioning and heat, satellite TV, and a full kitchen and laundry facilities. This is a non-smoking unit and there are limited pets allowed (pet fee required). No Cats sorry

Bed was comfortable and patio was enjoyable in the morning. One thing to note is that this unit is on the second floor and there is no elevator to bring up items to the room - everything needs to be carried up the stairs.

it's ok i book for 7 people . seven friends only no spouses . only one king sixe bed one queens beds and a sofa bed . so why they advertised for seven people????? we was on ly five friends when fishing .. over rate they shoeul doing that advertised .

Great Stay for you & your Dog!

I've been going to Rocky point for a long time, but this time was different I found this place on Sandy beach that I'm able to bring my dog Luna. It was a great experience Self-Check-in, you have a reserved parking in front of the staircase. We forgot to bring beach chairs and we were happy to see the rental had chairs we could use. Big property to walk your dog. Host great at communicating back with me, very friendly. I'd definitely stay here again. If your 1st time coming it's a very tourist area a lot of options to eat by main strip or by Sonoran SEA/SPA Aswell as 2 places on the property. Pools open until 10pm, mini golf on the property.

Spring break 2020

The property was great. I loved the ability to park in front and be able to go directly to the unit. The security staff is wonderful and helpful. We traveled as a group and the others stayed at the princess which was on the beach. However there was a big hassle that i couldnt join them due to princess security. I am a mom with 2 girls age 10 and 9. Anyway, casa blanca security said for my friends to join us at the casa pool. Owner was quick to reply to my questions. Loved the layout of the unit. Thanks Jc

Memorable beach vacation

My husband and I, along with our fur babies, were in Rocky Point for the annual Circus Mexicus music festival. The condo we stayed in was wonderful! A beautiful view and super convenient parking right in front of the unit. We had everything we needed in order to cook for ourselves if we wanted, good wi-fi, TV and Netflix when we were in the condo on our "off" days from the festival and just a 5 minute walk from the beach. There was a little confusion when we first arrived, but we were able to contact our host JoAnn with no problem and things were soon resolved. The staff at Casa Blanca were very nice and helpful. The condo was clean (you could smell and see how clean it was) and cozy. Loved the decor JoAnn and David used. The only small issue we had which was no fault of our hosts was that the neighboring unit had 2 huge German shepards that barked constantly (day & night) our first three days at the condo. My husband finally had to go next door and talk to the neigbhors (it was hard to catch them - they were hardly at home) to talk to them about the dogs barking. They were nice and apologized saying that one dog was a rescue and had separation anxiety issues and his barking caused the other dog to bark. Other than that, we loved our stay and look forward to being able to stay here again with our dogs. Thank you JoAnn & David! :)

We had a wonderful weekend at Sandy beach condo. The place was clean, the kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Two nice rooms and two complete bathrooms. We had a great time in the pools and playing golf. Thank you Joann for being attentive throughout our stay.

Beach getaway

We loved our stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Only down side was being on the 2nd floor which was miss leading by looking at pictures. We were thrilled that Casa Blanca has finally started adding to their amenities, the resort grounds were great.

Quick and easy getaway

Nicely equipped some items were a little old, the blender was cracked, but honestly it had everything we needed for a nice relaxing getaway!! Loved having access to a washer and dryer. Loved sitting out on the balcony in the evening enjoying the music.

You have to keep in mind that most go to Rocky Point to let loose. This property was great. close to the beach. great on site restaurant. pool side bar. You can hear the music from the Sky Lounge until about 11. Security does a good job trying to limit noise after 12. walls are thin so keep that in mind. highly recommend this property. Close to golf and a few minutes drive to the touristy places.

Perfect location right in front of the swimming pools and a couple steps away from the beach. You have your own parking spot in front of the condo. The condo it’s self was comfy nice and clean I would definitely book again.

Great Getaway!

Our group consisted of 5 guys in our golfing group but went to Rocky Point for a fishing trip. It was really windy so didn't get much fishing in but the resort for fantastic. The room was great, very clean, all of the beds were so comfortable. Loved that they had roll-away beds so that us guys didn't have to double up for sleeping. Really enjoyed the putting golf course and were playing that a lot. Also enjoyed the cornhole. It was a little cool for swimming so didn't do that but the pools looked very inviting. Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us. We will definitely be back!
