Upon entering the property, you are immediately enveloped with magnificent panoramic oceanfront views provided by the windows spanning the entire south and east side of the property. This corner unit floor plan is a guest favorite with tons of natural sunlight from the kitchen nook to the enormous slider, which leads to the custom tiled lanai overlooking the dazzling Atlantic Ocean.

Take in the ocean air and relax to the sound of waves lapping the beach while sipping on your favorite beverage. Catch the sea life at play - from pelicans to dolphins launching in the air. You may even be lucky and catch the right whale migration passing by!

Unit 565 truly feels like home away from home. In the main living room, you will find custom painted walls sporting warm and bright beach colors, two plush couches and a TV with over 250 channels. The expanded sport package will keep the family and friends entertained.

Cook up the catch of the day in the open style kitchen complete with stainless appliances, 42" cabinets, granite countertops, and a breakfast nook. All the kitchenware you will need is provided! Kitchen features a Drip Coffee Maker to brew your coffee every morning.

The King Master Suite provides incredible views out of the picture window and sits at the rear of the condo. The Master Bath is enormous with dual sinks, soaking tub, and step-in shower.

The Queen Bedroom provides a plush mattress and private en-suite bath, which is a must for privacy. The 3rd bedrooms boast 2 extra-long twin beds and a full. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs and DVDs for the ultimate movie night.

This condo provides beach towels, 3 beach chairs, a beach mat, umbrella and cooler to enjoy during your stay!

The condo unit was clean and even more beautiful in person than the pictures. The view and amenities were good. Only issue was the heated pool hours were not conveyed to us. The pool closed at 5 pm every day so we could not enjoy it in the evenings, but it was a beautiful complex all around, safe, clean and private. Beach was amazing. The vertical blinds in the living room would not rotate to open and close slats but would pull back with a chain. That is the only issue I can think of at hand, supplies were sufficient for the 8 people we had and appliances all in good working order. Would definitely rent this same unit again. Thank you!!

We loved the property, beautiful views, and room for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils & pots & pans, but nothing other than salt and pepper, so if you want to cook, you’re going to need to buy olive oil,spices anything else you might need.

Blissful beach vacation

This was the perfect beach vacation! Seven mornings of beautiful sunrises from the balcony or the beach. Seven wonderful nights enjoying the sunset colors while walking on the beach or relaxing in the condo. We visited Fort Matanzas, Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, and St Augustine. The rest of the time was split between the beach and the pool! The condo was beautiful with the perfect relaxed beach atmosphere. Everyone slept comfortably in all the beds. Truly the perfect vacation spot if you're looking for a relaxing time.

Reviewer Comments: Our family vacation was very nice and relaxing and we are grateful to have stayed at this condo for the fourth time in the past five years. Great location and very nice condo. There were a few things that we were a little disappointing and I don't normally have bad things to say to come across as ungrateful, but the sliding door was extremely hard to open and close, even for the male gender. The only other item was that the clean towels smelled of mildew and only two face towels for 6 guests for five days weren't enough. We did find a box of wash cloths and we washed and dried them and left them on the dryer.

Quiet beach front property

Large rooms, well furnished and kitchen well stocked with cooking items. Drawback is the beach is made of shells and pebbles. Good for finding shells but not comfortable to walk on. Slow long drive from gate to condo. Landscaping is excellent!

The view on the patio was amazing! The directions on the remotes were helpful. We had to YouTube directions on how to lock the door from the outside. More precise directions on how to unlock and lock door with the lock and keypad would be helpful. However, for the price paid I felt like we shouldn’t have had to do housekeeping before we left. (Vacuum floors, run dishwasher, wash towels, etc. check out could’ve been an hour later to accommodate families with children. Otherwise it was quiet, comfy and good amenities

It is in a gated community with well kept grounds, which are wonderful for walking and bird watching. We enjoyed visiting St. Augustine (a short and scenic drive up A1A) and seeing the many manatees at Blue Springs (a longer drive near Deland). We ventured farther north to spend a great day on Amelia Island.The management was very responsive to fixing some minor issues in the condo. I would definitely stay here again. It was a very relaxing and quiet condo.

I'm very happy we chose this condo/unit! We had an amazing oceanfront view, and a private beach, with not a lot of people around. The condo itself is beautiful, had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again at Cinnamon Beach, when the world goes back to normal. We unfortunately didnt get to see everything we wanted to, but where we stayed made a huge difference during this difficult time.

We wish it was pet-friendly as we come up fairly often, but like to bring our little dog. But would definitely recommend this unit! The only slight improvement I would give is to let the renters use the pantry. Having it reserved for an owner's closet is very inconvenient and doesn't really give the renters a place to put their food (one cabinet isn't really good).
