Welcome to our beach house! We have recently completed a full remodel of our lakeview condo including an entire kitchen remodel with new counters, backsplash, updated cabinets and new built in breakfast nook area. All new paint throughout the condo. New built-ins in the entryway. Newly remodeled bathrooms, each with new quartz counters, updated cabinets and new faucets. We have also added a new LOVE SAC sectional in the family room. In addition to the previous updates a few years ago, including wood flooring, furniture, paint, new kitchen appliances and large capacity washer and dryer.

We are just a short walk to our community's private beach, 2 swimming pools (including a child's splash zone), recreation rooms and workout facility.
Our condo is located close to St. Augustine, Daytona Beach and Orlando making it easy to enjoy a day trip to these areas. We also have wonderful fishing, biking and golfing here in Palm Coast.

Our goal is to provide you with a vacation experience like no other. We want this to be your home away from home. We have tried to think of everything you might need to enjoy a wonderful vacation here. With our flat screen tv's with cable in each room, high speed internet and WIFI, you're certain to feel right at home here. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and its own private bath. The guest room is furnished with a new king-sized bed and private bath. Kids will love our bunk room featuring 2 sets of bunk beds, 1 double over double and 1 single over single with access to a private, hall bath. Our condo will comfortably sleep 8 people.

Our kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances. We have an electric range and full size oven, perfect for fixing meals at home when you want to have a quiet evening in. We have a Keurig coffee maker and a regular coffee pot for all the coffee drinkers! Our condo features both a full size dining room to accommodate 8 and a smaller eat-in kitchen space perfect for morning coffee.

Perfect Vacation Condo!

Everything about this experience was absolutely perfect - the condo was beautiful, clean, spacious, and well-stocked. The property and location are awesome, quite a few parks nearby to walk to with well-maintained mostly shaded sidewalks, plus quick and easy beach access. The owners were very communicative and easy to work with. We will certainly stay in this condo again and highly recommend it!

Came for a conference and did not want to stay at the venue. This condo was the perfect size and far exceeded our expectations. The condo is gorgeous and well maintained. The beach less than a 2 minute walk, and the pool was a 5 minute walk. We could cook or go to any area restaurants. Stay here you will love it.

Family vacation 4th of July

This property is beautiful. Pictures do not do it justice. There are plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and even boogie boards. Beds were comfy. Kitchen had everything you could want. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the fireworks. Close to the beach and the pools. Our family loved it!

What a place!

When I walked in, my first word was Wow! Pictures do not do this place justice. The location is perfect if you don't like the crowded beaches. The pool and the beach are just a few steps away. Beds are comfy. Plenty of towels, beach and bath. Kitchen is big and well stocked. Great view of the lake from the huge balcony. Quite a few chairs for the beach. Publix and restaurants are short drive away. We had 3 adults and 5 kids and everyone had a bed to sleep in. I would highly recommend this location. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Wonderful Condo

This is our second time staying at this condo. We absolutely loved the location and comfort of this condo. We cooked at home most nights and were pleased with the amount of cookware. The beautiful lake view and close proximity to St. Augustine just topped off our beach vacation. Thank you so much for allowing our family to enjoy your place! Many memories were made this week!

Perfect beach vacation rental

What an amazing beach rental in Cinnamon Beach. The owners are very quick to respond and super sweet! You will not be disappointed with the size and the amenities in the condo! It was great having beach towels and beach chairs to take down to the beach each day. Most rentals lock all the cleaning tools away for the maids but I was thankful that I had access to the vacuum anytime we brought sand in from the beach. Nicely stocked condo with everything you could possibly need to have a peaceful, relaxing vacation!

Excellent property & location!

I had great communication throughout the booking process and stay. The condo is exactly as described. My only recommendation would be for the 3rd bedroom, the kids bunk bed room. For older kids/young adults, the mattresses aren’t as good as for younger kids. The room is very bright in the morning, so different blinds might help. The property was in a great location near the beach and pools. The condo was clean and well equipped!

Great condo!

We have been to Palm Coast several times and stay in these condos, this condo has to be by far our favorite! Well maintained, short walk to the beach and pool. Will definitely be staying here again..

Summer vacation - family trip. Son caught tarpon off the beach. Daughter and friend loved the game rooms/ pools/ beach and even saw a nesting sea turtle. Parents loved all of it!

Wonderful Condo!

Fantastic rental with everything you will need. Great proximity to beach & pools. We loved the area & found many of the places to eat to be less crowded than other vacation spots! The beach is awesome - but it does have lots of natural rock formations that are unseen during high tide. No one really mentioned that anywhere - very tricky for older kids/tweens to safely boogie board or whatever unless it's low tide. (Obviously this is the whole area - not this condo specifically.) We had a fantastic week and would definitely return to Palm Coast.

Beautiful and Clean Vacation Home

If you are looking for a property that is slightly more upscale, very pristine, and just minutes from the ocean or pool, then this is the perfect little hidden gem for you. The condo was very spacious and accommodated all of our needs. Everything you could possibly need is provided for the ultimate vacation experience. The property owner, Donelle, was one of the nicest people I have ever worked with in renting a vacation home. The Hammock Beach area is beautiful and reminds me of the little beach towns along 30A. Even the water was crystal clear on this particular visit in July. This condo is designed for your ultimate convenience and relaxation. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a coastal getaway!

Beautiful Huge Condo

This lovely unit was comfortable and inviting, in a wonderful beachfront community on the Hammock. I highly recommend it! While the security gate to the development was a bit of a hassle, it wouldn't stop me from renting this unit again and again! Great facilities and beautifully tranquil beach.

Beautiful, convenient, clean and homey beach condo

The condo was beautiful and in a convenient location to the beach and the amenities of the facility. The kitchen was fully stocked to cover all your cooking needs and there were plenty of towels to accommodate 3 families staying in the condo. Donelle was easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions for concerns we may have had. Palm Coast is a hidden gem. We have numerous repeat guests. Everyone loves the condo, beach, pools and cafe. It's close to St Augustine or Daytona for a fun day trip. Our neighborhood is gated and feels very safe and quiet.

What makes this property unique

We strive to make our home comfortable for our guests. We've updated all the mattresses. The guest room now also has a king size mattress. The kids love the bunk beds. We have smart tv's so you can stream your favorite shows. We have hardwood flooring throughout and update our decor regularly. We want you to love the atmosphere of our condo and feel comfortable here.
