The Duplex is composed of:

A beautiful fully equipped open kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine and classic. A pull-out sofa bed in 1x180 or 2x90, a small flat screen TV.
A bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
The whole giving on a small raised terrace equipped with living room of garden and deckchairs.

A double bed 140 with wardrobe
Because of its location, it is located in a quiet area within the residence, away from the parking lot, near the pool "open from late May to late September" and the relaxation area "ping pong rowing machine and bike "
Its terrace has a small wooded area which cuts the vis-à-vis.
An individual secure garden shelter attached to store bicycles.
Facilities common to the residence: Swimming pool, Wifi, Barbecue, Petanque, ping-pong, playground for children.
The aisles that serve the houses are forbidden to cars.
