House completely renovated (in 2018) of 45 m² with a garden of 1500 m² for 4 people located 800 m from the beaches, 1.5 km from the town of SOULAC SUR MER, 7 km from the marina of the Medoc.
Possibility to park cars inside the enclosed garden, ideal for families with children.
The house is composed of:
- a kitchen open to the living room equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, fridge / freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, toaster.
Iron and ironing board.
- Living room / lounge: table + chairs, sofa, 2 armchairs, 1 TV,
- Shower room with shower cabin, vanity unit and WC
- 2 bedrooms with bed 140, cupboard (duvets)
-Lit umbrella baby + high chair
- Outside: 20 m² wooden terrace with garden furniture, sunbathing, umbrella bane, barbecue
- Linen not provided (sheets / towels)
