Excellent apartment, right on the beach. 3 good sized bedrooms with a balcony over looking the beach. Well equipped kitchen and parking which is a huge plus. There is an indoor farmers market and a small selection of shops (bakery, pharmacy and small supermarket) approximately 6 mins walk or a larger supermarket about 8-9 mins drive. The apartment is approximately 20 minutes walk along the promenade to a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops.Good communications from the hosts, would stay again, highly recommend.

Dès notre arrivée, nous sommes accueillis chaleureusement et guidé vers l'appartement au 2nd étages sans ascenseur. Pas lu ce point lors de la réservation et peut être gênant si vous venez avec des personnes âgées.En entrant, nous sommes tout de suite émerveillés par la vue magnifique de la plage de Royan à travers une immense baie vitrée. En scrutant la pièce de vie, nous retrouvons le style année 70 très colorée et sympa de l’époque. La cuisine est assez grande, bien agencée et bien équipé. Les chambres sont grandes ainsi que la salle de bain. A noter une marche assez importante pour accéder à la douche. Nous ne retrouvons ni ventilateur ou climatiseur mais en ouvrant les fenêtres des chambres et la baie vitrée, une ventilation naturelle rafraîchit les pièces et suffit même avec 37C.Un cahier est donné avec le code wifi, code de l’entrée ainsi que le règlement intérieur. Un point gênant a été la remise que d’une seule clé. Difficile de s’organiser à 4 alors je n’imagine même pas si nous étions 3 couples. A noter qu’une place de parking est privatisée et qu’un robinet est présent à l’arrière du bâtiment.Durant ces 15 jours, que du plaisir avec une proximité de la plage qui nous permet d’en profiter du matin au soir. Nous avons également admiré le feu d’artifice du 15 aout depuis le balcon. Le prix pour l’appartement est un peu élevé comparé aux prestations mais vous ne serez pas déçu car sa situation et son confort suffit à vous ressourcer.
