Walk 300 yards to the ocean beach at the end of the street. (you can see the water from the house). The home features four bedrooms with 2 bedrooms upstairs & 2 bedrooms downstairs, one & half baths, A/C, large living room, enclosed sun room, eat in kitchen area with tile flooring plus a seperate dining area. There is a 17 x 17 patio area & an outside enclosed shower with hot & cold water. The home is well kept & clean and is located in the mid Cape area close to great beaches, prestaurants, movie theater, & Sundae School ice cream and the ... Something for everyone!

There is a Park across thestreet, tennis courts, gardens & a small playground area for children..
