Master bedroom includes king size bed, TV, and a gorgeous view of the Gulf with sliding glass door with direct access to the balcony, and bathroom with shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom, with new furnishings, is equipped with 2 full-sized beds and TV, adjacent to a tub/shower combo bathroom. For those that would rather stay in and cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with all of the cookware and bakeware needed, as well as all NEW stainless appliances. Grab some seafood from our local seafood market and enjoy all of the comforts of home. Casual dining for 4 at the breakfast bar or for more formal dining at the dining room table. With ample seating in the living room, you and your guests can sit back and relax, enjoy the view, or catch your favorite movie/show, in the NEW reclining chairs and sofa. Unit 813 also has a new full-size washer and dryer. All units have Wi-Fi as well as on the property (pools, etc) and dish cable. Please no smoking or pets on property.
