One and half modern house with man (or kid) cave in a daylight basement. Master suite with a king sized bed and whirlpool on first floor, three bedrooms up and two bedroom in lower level. Lower level has a bar, theater and kids playroom. Smart TV,s in all bedrooms. Total 13 beds sleeping spaces plus several reclining couches. Outside includes patio, grill and trampoline. Two car garage space available. Towels, soaps, coffee, snacks provided. Great kitchen. Laundry available. Located in the south east Lincoln.

The house was very clean and family-friendly. There were lots of bedrooms and different living spaces so it was comfortable for having a large family. Location was very convenient and felt secure. The host graciously provided coffee, teas, bottled water, and some snacks. The kids loved the Jacuzzi tub, theater room, and trampoline!

Great place to host your family…

Our family descended from around the country for a football game, this is a very homey feeling place with plenty of private sleeping space, table for meals and cards of course. There was enough shower capacity to accommodate the 10 of us…, It acted as a great home base!

Group golf outing

Homeowner was very nice and accommodating. We had a group of 8 adults. The house was large enough for us all. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Large home, nice neighborhood

The house was just what our extended family needed for a nearby wedding. Plenty of bedrooms and space for all. There was plenty to keep our kids aged 4-22 occupied. The hosts were great communicators and left a nice basket of snacks and drinks for us to enjoy. Overall a nice way to celebrate and spend time together.

Pleasant stay

We rented this house on short notice. Thank you Mary. We enjoyed the big dining table where everybody could sit, bedrooms and comfortable beds for everyone and the covered patio where we spent most of our time. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and a grocery store. We had a lot of privacy and great communication with Mary the property manager We definitely would stay here again.

Disappointed Family home

Clearly the home was a family residence with personal artifacts everywhere. It felt uncomfortable with their pictures all over and clothes in closet. One of the beds was so small an air mattress was used instead. We couldn’t use the theater room as the seats were not fit to sit on.Would not recommend and will not stay again.

Thank you so much for staying in our house. The guest did not respond to any of our messages they pretended like everything was okay. And the left a strong smell in our house even now we are still trying to figure out what it was. About the bed, it is there on our profile and we have some extras but there was no response when we asked on their begging on their stay if they needed anything. About the dressers we couldn't empty all of them so we provided some clothes racks for all the bedrooms . Otherwise I would advise them to be communicate with the owners next time they go somewhere it is not a secret. And the only message I go from them after asking them how they were doing was on the last day saying that they are checking out in 5 minute. My husband and I where even worried if they made it into our house or not. Communication is better everywhere else you go. It is not only about reviews. Otherwise thank you again. I am wishing you all the best wherever you go in future but always remember to communicate. It is scary for house owners if there's no communication because there's a lot of scamers around. And we always puts ourselves at risk to allow strangers in our homes who at the end either appreciate our efforts or not. On the profile it also indicates that it is a family home.

Nice owners

House has nice large kitchen, lots of rooms and TVS. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. There was a park close by. The house had a lot of natural light. House could use fresher linens, more dish ware and more working lightbulbs. Owners were very nice and helpful. It’s a family home. Lots of personal items and family photos in the home.

Very Responsive Hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay. The pictures & information made it seem like this house wasn’t being lived in but when we arrived, it was obvious the family was currently living here. Some of the kitchen appliances needed maintenance but the owners were very responsive throughout our entire stay with any of our questions and concerns.
