A classic two bedroom, one bathroom condo centrally located in Lincoln NE. Steps from the most exclusive and classic old neighborhood in the city. Just minutes drive from downtown, airport, or really anywhere in the city. Minutes walk to bike/running/hiking trails which lead to downtown or to the far reaches of the city. The Lincoln Zoo is a short walk, and coffee shops, grocery stores, hardware stores, etc., are a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. The updated and well furnished condo is in a quiet building older with three other units, common area laundry in basement, and garage parking for a compact car (street parking available for trucks or large cars). Condo is updated, well decorated, and beautifully outfitted with high-end furniture and beds.
