cottage « Les Lilas « of 80 m2 in 2ha5 property, trees and flowers, with swimming pool of 12 x 6, solarium, private parking. The cottage includes a large living room with kitchen : dishwasher, refrigerator, L. Linen, Mr. O oven, freezer, equipment, terrace with garden furniture. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with balcony (1 bed 150 - 2 beds 90), bathroom with shower, wc. Baby equipment on request.

Lovely stay

Thé gîte is set in beautiful grounds with a large pool and plenty of sitting areas. The hosts were very hospitable and helpful. It is beside a busy road and just a few minutes drive to lovely Mirepoix.

Un super Noël

Nous avons passé un chouette séjour chez Patrick et Marie-Claude à l'occasion des fêtes de Noël. Ils sont très sympathiques et accueillants, le gîte est impeccable, chaleureux et bien équipé. Nous reviendrons très certainement une semaine en été pour profiter de la belle piscine et du grand jardin car nous nous rendons très souvent en Ariège pour visiter la famille. Encore merci pour tout.

Séjour à Mirepoix

Belle région qu’est l’Ariège où nous avons passé de belles vacances ! Côté propriété, logement très propre et fonctionnel. un loupé au début de notre part en arrivant à 5 pour un logement de 4 , trop content de pouvoir passer des vacances en famille à la dernière minute, nous ne pensions pas que cela puisse poser problème. Une fois le supplément réglé dans les 15 min après notre arrivée , nous nous sommes rendu compte que le gîte n’est pas individuel comme pouvait le laisser croire l’annonce et les photos mais bien partagé avec un autre gîte mitoyen et l’habitation des propriétaires. (Annonce modifié après l’avoir notifié aux propriétaires). Vous pourrez profiter du jardin immense, bien entretenue avec accès à mini golf , table ping pong et piscine … sous contrôle peu discret (voire intrusif) des propriétaires. Les animaux y sont autorisés mais ne pourront être lâché librement autour de vous (cohabitation avec d’autres chiens potentiel ou le non accès à nos toutous près de la piscine) Est-ce avec nous uniquement ?Vu le quiproquo de début de semaine? Bien loin des commentaires et accueil chaleureux que nous avions pu lire…

Wir haben das Appartement, den Pool und den Garten sehr genossen. Trotz unserer schlechten französisch Kenntnisse, waren die Besitzer immer sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder und vielen Dank!

Beautiful, child-friendly gites in great location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Was very child friendly and we were provided a crib and a high chair. Great location very close to Mirepoix. We were very impressed by the cleanliness as well.

Super, parfait !

Nous avons été très bien reçu, notre petit garçon aussi ! Le gîte est propre, confortable, spacieux, bien décoré et il y a tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Le jardin est grand et joli. La cheminée agréable. L'emplacement idéal. Tout était parfait, merci encore!

Excellent séjour

Un accueil attentionné de Marie-claude et Patrick pour un logement très propre, fonctionnel et lumineux. Un immense parc qui a beaucoup plu aux enfants avec possibilité de ping-pong, badminton, initiation au golf, sans oublier la piscine. Tout est réuni pour rendre le séjour très plaisant.

Tout est parfait : la propriété, l'accueil, les alentours. La région est magnifique et la proximité de Mirepoix, cité médiévale, est un atout. Aller boire un café sous les couverts puis passer une journée dans les montagnes et terminer dans la piscine... Ce furent des vacances géniales. Nous gardons l'adresse précieusement.

De belles vacances à Mirepoix

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Mirepoix. Le gîte lui-même est assez basique, mais bien adapté pour des vacances que l'on passe presque toujours à l'extérieur tant la très grande propriété offre d'agrément entre la piscine - top ! - le ping-pong, le jardin, barbecue... La proximité de la départementale nous a un peu inquiétés mais elle se limite à un léger bruit de fond car le gîte est entièrement tourné vers le jardin. Enfin, Mirepoix est une jolie bastide bien située pour visiter la vallée de l'Ariège, jusqu'aux Mont d'Olmes ainsi que l'Aude et ses châteaux cathares. Merci pour votre accueil et bonne continuation à vous.

FABULEUX !

Gîte très confortable et très bien équipé. La piscine est absolument géniale et le parc très agréable. Très proche du centre de Mirepoix. Marie-Claude et Patrick sont très chaleureux et se soucient du bien-être de leurs hôtes. Le seul petit bémol : des coupures intempestives du wifi, pas très longues mais fréquentes donc attention pour ceux qui auraient besoin de garder un lien avec leur travail.

Très bon séjour

Très bon accueil. Le logement est très propre et parfait pour 4 personnes. Tout est bien pensé, les activités pour les enfants ( ping-pong, fléchettes, golf). La piscine est très grande et loin de la route . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Les propriétaires sont charmants et discutent avec plaisir.

Un petit paradis : gîte très confortable, piscine extra, jardin magnifique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte très confortable, bien équipé, et d'une propreté impeccable. Les propriétaires Marie-Claude et Patrick ont été aux petits soins pour nous, très discrets et d'une grande disponibilité. Un coup de coeur pour cette belle rencontre ! La piscine est très grande, un régal pour nos 2 ados qui se sont éclatés. Le jardin est immense, avec une table de ping ping, un filet de badminton et même un petit parcours de golf auquel nous avons adoré nous initier. Quant aux environs, l'Ariège est un très bel endroit, très nature, avec de jolis petits villages, de belles randos, Toulouse à 1h, et Carcassonne à 50mn. N'hésitez pas, réservez !

Excelent Séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce super gîte ! Le terrain est immense avec plusieurs petits coins ombragés tres agréable quand le soleil tape en pleine journée. La piscine est vraiment top et super bien entretenu par Patrick qui s'en occupe tous les matin et petit details qui est tres appreciable, elle est sans chlore. Ce que nous retiendrons aussi de notre séjour c'est la gentillesse et toutes les petites attentions de Marie Claude et Patrick. Merci beaucoup a tous les deux et certainement à une prochaine fois.
