Grand Pic was clean, roomy and airy with fans provided - helpful on hotter nights. Ian was very helpful when our delayed train complicated our arrival plans, with other helpful suggestions eg markets suggested when we asked. We loved the peace and quiet of the area and abundant birdsong and wildlife. Citronella candles were a kind extra - we were glad of personal insect repellent! The pool provided a tranquil place to cool off with comfortable sunbeds and a welcome sunshade when the weather really warmed up. Pool and some other toys were available; children are clearly welcomed.The location was a good base to explore Toulouse, Carcassonne and the dramatic foothills of the Pyrenees; the scenery changed in quite a short distance. We found a good circular walk from nearby Hounoux with interesting information boards and spectacular mountain views both south and north - good for a cooler day.

Sehr ruhig und abgelegen zwischen Sonnenblumenfeldern gelegen,aber guter Ort für Unternehmungen. Leider sehr viele Mücken. Ian ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.

La description sur le site était tout à fait conforme à la réalité. Ian est un hôte très sympathique, la maison est très bien équipée et dans un calme absolu. La piscine a beaucoup plu ; Petit conseil : n oubliez- pas votre antimoustique

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle et vaste maison confortable et très bien équipée.Le jardin est remarquable avec ses arbres immenses et le chant des oiseaux meuble agreablement le silence.L'espace piscine est sécurisé par une cloture et Ian a mis a disposition des enfants differents jeux d'eau gonflables. Merci à Ian pour son accueil sympathique et son hospitalité.

Gite très agréable

La piscine a été très appréciée. Le gite est agréable mais les chambres ont du mal à rafraichir avec la chaleur extérieure. Les hôtes sont très agréables et discrets. Séjour très agréable

Lieu de vacances paisible

Les Propriétaires sont très gentils, très serviables, et discrets. Toujours à notre écoute. Le logement est spacieux. Nous avons eu l'impression d'être seuls au monde, alors que Ian et Sue avaient d'autres vacanciers. La piscine commune est très bien. Tout l'équipement dans le logement est bjien pensé. A recommander !

Vacances en toute quiétude

Vacances en famille très réussies, le gîte est grand, bien équipé, bien agencé. Les aménagements extérieurs sont très agréables. Ian et Sue sont adorables et très disponibles. Je recommande ce gîte pour des vacances reposantes en famille

Gite très agréable au milieu de la nature et pas loin des sites à voir

Nous sommes un couple avec 3 enfants en bas âge. Nous avons séjourné à la Courtète chez Ian et Sue et nous en revenons ravis. Ian est très charmant, à l'écoute et soucieux de notre bien être. Les propriétaires jouxtent le gîte et c'est rassurant en cas de pépin tout en respectant chacun son lieu de vie. Le gîte est très bien agencé, propre et fonctionnel pour une famille et rien ne manque. Il y a beaucoup de rangements, de l'espace en bas et à l'étage, un garage pour ceux qui souhaitent rentrer leur voiture. Les chambres sont agréables, avec placards. La literie est bonne, les serviettes de toilette moelleuses, tout le nécessaire de première utilité.. Il y a des jeux pour enfants, une barrière en haut de l'escalier, un trampoline, un portique, la piscine... Tout pour que les enfants s'y sentent bien. Malheureusement, pour nous, la piscine bien que chauffée n'a pas pu nous servir car il faisait vraiment trop frais. Au niveau situation, le gîte est situé à moins de 30 minutes de beaucoup de sites à voir. La voiture est indispensable. Nous vous conseillons vraiment ce gîte, vous ne serez pas déçus. Ian et Sue feront en sorte que vous vous y sentiez bien et comme chez vous tout en respectant votre intimité.
