Tuscan Holiday

As a family we had a most memorable Holiday. Angela our host was just so accommodating and made us very welcome and even fed us on the Thursday before we left. The property was clean and functional, and we soon realised that the property lacked some basic amenities, like washing machine, microwave but we soon got used to it. Air conditioning would have been nice as the night time temperature did not go below 25c. The pool was an absolute god send at daytime temperatures hit 37c and was cleaned every day. All in all we loved it. So far away from people and the crowds. at one with nature and just a bellissimo countryside. We are already planning to come back to this place when we next visit Italy.

Het is een iets gedateerd huisje maar met alle benodigdheden voor een heerlijk rustig verblijf in deze mooie regio! Met maar 2 huisje en max 6 gasten heb je een groot zwembad vaak voor jezelf! Een fantastisch restaurant precies aan de overkant (met belabberde bediening maar heerlijke gerechten) ook voor afhaal, is natuurlijk lekker makkelijk!. Gewoon top als je lekker op jezelf wil zijn met jouw gezelschap in een fantastische regio net op de grens van umbrie en toscane.

Vor allem Nachts vorbeifahrende Autos leider sehr laut zu hören. Sonst sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Pool wurde täglich gereinigt! Restaurant il chiari ggü empfehlenswert.

War alles soweit in Ordnung und gut

Ein schönes und großes ausreichendes Objekt. Etwas störend ist die vor dem Objekt vorbeiführende Landstraße (Lärmbelästigung). Am Beginn funktionierte die Kaffeemaschine nicht, Netzstecker war nicht angesteckt. Es musste dazu erst ein Schrank gerückt werden.

Comodo e funzionale

La casa è stata funzionale per la nostra vacanza di famiglia. La casa In generale pulita, a parte qualche ragnatela qua e là che avrebbe potuto essere tolta. La doccia va "costruita" all'interno dei bagni con dei pannelli mobili. Molto naive, ma funzionale. Gli arredamenti sono in mobili marroni vecchio stile. Ok per chi ha bisogno di un appoggio. Sconsigliato per una coppia che ha voglia di una vacanza romantica e di lusso. Le foto grandangolari falsano la reale grandezza degli spazi. Lo spazio esterno molto fruibile, con un bel giardino dove nostro figlio ha corso con piacere. Piscina ottima anche se non l'abbiamo sfruttata. La struttura è a ridosso di una strada statale, ma, forse complice il coprifuoco, non era trafficata dopo le 23. Il ristorante di fronte comodo e i piatti molto buoni (e un bel giardino per i bimbi). Per riassumere, struttura ottima come posizione e spazi esterni, un pochino meno per le dimensioni e gli arredi.

We werden verwelkomt door de eigenaresse, met zelfgemaakte wijn en taart, huisje was super netjes en zeer comfortabel .omgeving super mooi en heerlijk rustig lekker restaurant op 200 meter. supermarkt op 3 km, leuke bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Eigenaresse maakt 1 keer per weer traditioneel eten uit de omgeving Iedere dag wordt het prive zwembad schoongemaakt en de tuin netjes bijgehouden. meestal kun je een cijfer geven tot een 10 , maar de accommodatie is meer dan een 10 waardig, komen hier vaker terug

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans le due chiarine. En ce qui concerne la tranquilité, l'annonce n'est pas très juste, en effet la maison est située en bordure de route très passante surtout que c'était la moisson en cette période d'aout. La nuit impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres à cause de la route. Par contre, très bien située pour découvrir la Toscane et l'Ombrie. Terrain et piscine très bien entretenus. Propriétaire aux petits soins bons petit plats cuisinés par la propriétaire Intérieur vieillot surtout la douche, les joints de la paroi de douche plus étanche.

Vriendelijk ontvangst. Veel privacy omdat wij de enige gasten waren. Op het terrein is nog een huisje. Zwembad werd iedere ochtend gereinigd met een robot. Badkamer(s) waren klein, douchecabine moet uitgevouwen worden, maar ging prima toen we eraan gewend waren. Goed espressoapparaat aanwezig (+).

We hebben een hele leuke vakantie achter de rug, maar het is een oud huisje, alsook alles wat erin staat van meubilair. Hat babybedje waar ons zoontje van 1 in sliep, zal er eentje zijn dat al ettelijke jaren dienst heeft gedaan. (Lees angstig zijn dat het bedje in elkaar gaat vallen als de baby zich omdraait) Het zwembad en tuin is mooi onderhouden. Een zetel om in te rusten staat er niet, enkel stoelen en ligbedden aan het zwembad. Een microgolfoven staat er ook niet en het keukentje is heel klein, om nog maar te zwijgen van de badkamers... De dame die het verhuurt, is heel vriendelijk, maar spreekt enkel Italiaans. Een 'gesprek' voeren met haar, is dus in het italiaans of letterlijk met handen en voeten... -) Je zit echt midden in de velden, je hebt voor alles de auto nodig. Een bakker, slager,... Niet gevonden. Supermarkten pas na 15km... Rechtover het verblijf is wel een goed restaurantje. We zijn elke dag op stap geweest met de kinderen om allerlei stadjes te bezichtigen. Alle stadjes zijn heel mooi en gezellig. Helemaal niet toeristisch! Zo hebben we het graag. -) overal heel rustig en hele vriendelijke mensen. Het 'nadeel' aan het 'niet toeristisch' zijn, is dat de lokale bevolking enkel italiaans spreekt... lang leve google translate! -) Het is een mooie streek, maar niet echt aan te raden met kids. Wij willen absoluut de eigenaars van het huisje niet afbreken, want het zijn hele lieve openhartige mensen. Ze had een lekkere taart gebakken bij aankomst, een warme maaltijd bereidt voor het hele gezin,... Maar toch wou ik onze bedenkingen bij het huisje laten weten.

accueil extrèmement chaleureux de la part de notre propriétaire, malgré la barrière de la langue!!! Tout est conçu pour les vacances, le cadre est merveilleux, le parc est splendide, tout est fait avec gout et amour. Un seul petit bémol la douche un peu vieillotte. une douchette flexible serait la bienvenue!!!! Mais ce n'est rien par rapport au charme de cette location. La propriétaire est très disponible (nous avons en un problème de voiture), elle nous a emmenées au garage etc...très sympathique.
