Welcome to our newly built 1500 square foot multilevel ski-in/ski-out townhome with private garage at Echo Landing.
Travelers please note there are 2 types of 3 bedroom units at Echo Landing. 1500 square foot multilevel townhomes (like this one) and smaller 1160 square foot units.
Our unit is near the Orient Chairlift and the Morrisey Chairlift so you have easy access to all 3 mountains. Also conveniently located directly across the street from the Nordic Center for all your cross country and snowshoeing needs. It also back onto the 15th fairway of the golf course. Around a 15 minute walk to the main town center.
No expense has been spared furnishing this space. Everything in this home is brand new and there has been an extreme attention to detail to make sure that you have an amazing vacation in Sun Peaks. This property has been designed and furnished with a 5 star luxury traveller in mind.
This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom unit sleeps 8. The bedrooms (king room, queen room and bunk room) all feature 400 thread count organic cotton sheets, Endy mattresses and organic cotton duvet covers. The bunk room has a twin over double bunk with an additional twin trundle bed to sleep 4. The queen and king rooms have large flat screen TV’s as well. The rooms all feature plenty of storage and lots of hooks. The master bedroom even has a walk-in closet.
The upper level has a full sized washer and dryer and two full bathrooms (one is an en-suite off the master bedroom).
The gorgeous gourmet kitchen is well stocked amenities and features a large island with seating for 4 and a dining table with seating for 8, a gas range and side by side refrigerator with ice and water filter.
Relax and unwind in our living room complete with a gas fireplace, Smart TV and Blue Ray player (with a selection of movies), books, game and puzzles.
The private heated garage has parking for one car with parking for an additional vehicle on our driveway (so no need to fight for visitor parking). There is room for all your equipment in the garage. A large bench for removing all of your equipment is also located in the garage.
This townhome is setup perfectly for families and will fit two families comfortably as the living spaces are large. As this is a family rental parties are not allowed and the primary renter must be at least 25.
A hot tub and BBQ are located off the kitchen on the back patio.

Our family has been skiing at Sun Peaks for a few years now and we love it so much that we decided to purchase a property so that we can visit even more. Based in Vancouver we have found that we love the relaxed atmosphere of Sun Peaks combined with the amazing ski terrain of this family friendly resort.
Why they chose this property
We have stayed in most of the developments in Sun Peaks so we knew exactly what we wanted. Light, open and airy with a large communal space for gathering and upstairs bedrooms for the kids (or adults) to escape to. This brand new development hit all of the features we were looking for plus more.
