Village house / apartment on the first floor completely renovated, access from the courtyard + small swimming pool. Large F5 with view on the Rhône valley and the Ventoux (East / South-East). First level: The entrance leads to the fireplace / living room / fully equipped kitchen area. 1 large bedroom with access to living room, terrace and bathroom. Large bathroom / separate WC. Second level: Cozy mezzanine lounge, one bedroom on the mezzanine and one closed bedroom overlooking the roof solarium terrace.
A deposit check of € 500 will be requested upon arrival.
