Thank you for the feedback. Glad to hear the property, cleanliness, and river views were enjoyed, and that the home offered more than the essentials. Providing a positive and seamless experience for all guests remains our top priority. We are passionate about enhancing every guest’s travel experience and always strive to offer the best stay possible. However, a few clarifications are needed regarding this stay. Kayak Rental: Kayaks were never advertised as part of the rental. As a courtesy, four of the best local kayak rental referrals were provided to assist with plans. It was also clearly communicated that the kayaks were damaged during a hurricane and had not been used since is the only reasons, we were not comfortable offering them for use. Additionally, when your flight cancellation was mentioned, a discount was extended as a goodwill gesture. Property Damage: Property maintenance is taken seriously, and the curtain rod and drywall were intact prior to this stay. No charges were applied for the damage; however, when the issue was addressed, the response included a threat to leave a negative review. Wishing you the best in your future travels.
