Finger Lakes

The house was very nice and accommodating for our group of friends. Great location to all parks, wineries and breweries. Listing on website noted a fire pit was included but there was none. The first floor bathroom needs a towel rod. The banister on the upper outside deck very wobbly.

Beautiful lake house for large groups

Beautiful lake views. Everything about the house was fantastic and just as listed - but we were bummed about the 3 car max rule for a six bedroom house. Access to the garage would be appreciated in situations like ours.

Family vacation

The interior of the house is very nice although it is not stocked as well as other house we have rented. It would have been nice to have more towels and blankets. The 3 car limit for parking was stressful as we had family members that came and went during our stay. The state park nearby is lovely with a military museum, mini golf, beach and playground. The sunset views were spectacular.

Nice location; home is bare bones as far as furniture and decor. The bedding could use upgrading in every room - very cheap and uncomfortable. There is not a major emphasis on guest comfort with this rental - it is evident that the priority is how to rent a home in the cheapest way possible. Upstairs bathroom shower needs maintenance as it does not function without a screaching noise going the entire time it’s on, and the water pressure is low. Closet is locked in upstairs bunk room so don’t plan on any adults being able to hang anything up.We also got the impression that we were being monitored with surveillance. That was odd and off-putting. It worked fine for a girls’ weekend but there are many areas for improvement which could happen after the home is sold.

The location and house were ideal. We really enjoyed the comforts of home while staying there and the sunsets were spectacular. However, we were a little surprised by how hot it was inside the house for the first 4-6 hours there since the air conditioning had not been turned on prior to our arrival and it took a while to cool down. We also couldn’t use the oven on the first night there since the oven cleaner had been left on it. There were a few other minor issues that we had to have resolved as well. Fortunately , the support staff were very responsive, pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful house and views

The house was wonderful, clean and spacious. Kitchen is stocked with the basics. Check in and check out process was super easy. The views of lake were fantastic. The water was very low from the dock, making it difficult for the kids to jump and play on the water, not sure if this was a timing thing or normal. I would have liked some basic info, such as trash, working the thermostat, etc. the thermostat would jump back up to 79 every 90 minutes. I loved how easy the check out process was, not a ton of to dos when leaving. Overall great house and hope to return with warmer weather to better enjoy it

The property was very nice and clean, and the location was perfect. I rated very low for communication and listing accuracy because there are only 3 parking spaces for a 6 bedroom home. Me and my friends were all coming from different directions at different times and carpooling was not an easy option. The 3 parking space limit was communicated only a couple of days before our arrival. Had this fact been prominently displayed in the property listing, we would not have chosen this property. We were informed that we could try to park in public and park lots miles away from the property. When I asked if an exception could be made to utilize the garage space for one or two vehicles, they would not respond. Given the cost of the rental, some exception accommodations would have been appropriate. Plus the printed in the home stated 6 vehicles were permitted, after we already jumped tgrough hoops to get our vehicle count down to 3.In addition, the fireplace did not work and the televisions were very difficult to use and there were no instructions to operate them. The property was extremely clean and nicely laid out. I wish I could give a better rating.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We're glad to hear you found the home clean, well laid out, and in a great location. We’re sorry for the frustration caused by the parking limitations and the timing of that communication. We understand how this impacted your group’s experience and appreciate you sharing it with us. Your comments about the fireplace and TV instructions have also been noted and shared with our team. We do hope you’ll consider staying with us again so we can provide a better experience in the future.

Beautiful, immaculately clean lakefront home.

Wonderful lakefront home. Home design of 6 bedrooms and 4 baths on multiple levels allows family time but also a sense of privacy. Master suite has beautiful view of the lake with private deck. We visited off season so had cooler temperatures and even some snow and it was still lovely. Can only imagine how exceptional this place must be in the summer. And let's not forget the multitude of wineries to visit in the area. Nearby Geneva offered many interesting and delicious restaurants to try.

Beautiful home overlooking Seneca Lake!

10 girls stayed here for a bachelorette- we had the best time! Very spacious living room, clean rooms, plenty of large bathrooms. Kitchen is small but has a large pantry and was stocked with all supplies we needed. Great location for a wine tour- bride was very happy!
