You'll be steps to the water, minutes to the Seneca & Cayuga Lake Wine Trails, and just 10 miles to Geneva; home to Hobart and William Smith College, restaurants and attractions. Enjoy the iconic Seneca Sunsets from the dock or sit around the campfire and watch the stunning night sky display!

This home is hosted by FLX Rentals; where "Vacation Feels Like Home!" We strive for the best customer service and high-quality standards so you can enjoy vacation to its fullest!

We do have docking capabilities for boats to pick up guests, but please use extreme caution as the lake can get rough suddenly. We suggest launching at Sampson State Park, picking up friends, cruising the lake, and then trailering your boat when not in use.

We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs subject to prior approval and pet fee.

**Due to local regulations, we are firm on 10 guest MAX. We can only allow 3 cars parked at the home.

Enjoy the quieter side of life in this lake front community. You'll see neighbors walking the road or enjoying their own lake beaches, but everything feels very quiet and private.

Guests have complete access to the home, side yard, and lakefront beach.
As you enter the home, you will be greeted with a wide view of the iconic Seneca Lake Sunsets through the sliding glass doors. The first floor boasts a cherry wood kitchen with settings for 10, beautiful hardwood floors, a dining table, and island bar seating. The large sectional gives you a perfect place to kick back and enjoy your vacation. The sliding glass doors will take you to a 16x20 lake view deck with a BBQ grill off the side.

There is a first-floor bedroom with a full bathroom in close proximity. You can traverse the spiral staircase to access the second floor or use the stairs by the main entry way.

On the second floor you will find 3 bedrooms. One primary room with lofty views of the lake, a king bed, a sitting area, TV, and an ensuite whirlpool bathtub to soak away life's stresses. Bedroom 3 includes a queen bed. Bedroom 4 has two bunk beds both with full size mattress on bottom and twin on top; the perfect place for the kids to post up! Bathroom 3 has a full shower/tub combo with a washer and dryer.

The lakefront is all natural, with gradual depth making it ideal for guests of all ages! A firepit on the beach is available for evening campfires, and a large permanent dock is available for fishing, sunbathing, or mooring a boat.

While Uber and Lyft aren't available reliably in the area, we would be happy to help you find a designated driver for your wine trail needs.
