Outstanding place!

Outstanding accomodations and great location for skiing and apres ski. -Right next to slopes and Free Ski Bus, and one block from the Main street for apres ski -Extremely clean and comfortable apartment -Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to have breakfast and cooking dinner at home if you decide not to go out everyday We are already planning for coming back!

Great location, amazing unit, awesome host!

The unit was clean and perfect for our stay, just as described! The property was in a great location and the hot tub was understand! Highly recommend mi casa for happy hour and cabin juice for dinner, both literally next door! Kent was super responsive, kind, and accommodating. Couldn't recommend this unit/host more!

Wonderful Condo - Great Experience

This condo was perfect for me and my two kids. It was clean and comfortable and just as advertised. The owner was easy to communicate with and very nice. The condo had everything we needed including extra bedding for the pull out couch and little touches like coffee and misc bathroom and kitchen supplies.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location!

This was my friend's first time in Breck and I wanted to make sure we were somewhere central to walk around and enjoy the town. The location really can't be beat and the condo itself is gorgeous! Looks just like the photos with beautiful views of the village below. Kent was super wonderful as well and kept in touch with us so we could get in a little early and keep using the amenities after check out. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful condo! Great location!

My friend & I did a girls trip here for 3 nights! We loved the location and the hot tubs! Easy walk to shops and restaurants! The bed was amazing and comfortable with my back issues! I had a bit of a health challenge while there and didn't realize what a bonus it would be to have an Urgent Care within 200 feet. Kent was an amazing host and responded immediately to a little glitch with the parking pass--previous tenant had not returned it to the designated spot. We would stay again!

Overall, the stay was okay, but I was a bit disappointed. The room had a strange smell, like an old apartment that hasn’t been aired out properly. Also, everything felt much smaller than it looks in the photos. The pictures are very well taken and make the space appear much bigger than it actually is.

Great location to town and the Quicksilver lift.

This property is located in the Villages, so a walk across the plaza to the Quicksilver lift, or across the street to Main Street. Property owner was quick to respond and easy to work with. The studio unit was updated and clean, and the Peak 9 Inn itself is also well maintained. The health club is great too. The unit, facilities, and location are perfect for a couple’s getaway.

The location was great, the room was well maintained and provided the amenities we needed and some! The owner was very easy to communicate with and helpful. It was a quiet unit, especially during spring break, which we appreciated! I would stay here again.

Amazing!

Great location. Easy walk to ski lift, nightlife and shopping. Well appointed with everything you will need! Cozy bed and lots of fans to choose from! Kent the owner was great and easy to chat though any needs. Will be returning next year!

Great location, all the amenities!!!

Kent was amazing to work with and very communicative. His place was VERY clean, with ALL the amenities you could need. The location is perfect, close to many shops, stores, and excellent restaurants. The bed, linens, and towels were high quality, and the layout of the space is very efficient. It was nice to have a parking option, although a car wouldn't be required to get around Breck from this central location. Highly recommend this rental and hope to stay again!
