In the heart of old Cannes, beautiful duplex in a typical Suquet house, completely independent, 55 m2 with large private terrace and outbuilding with swimming pool heated (depending on the season).
Breathtaking view of the Church of La Castre, the Palais des Festivals and the sea. Reversible air conditioning, Wifi, TV-Box and sound bar.
Large living room with fully equipped open kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs, a beautiful bedroom with plenty of storage, windows with a panoramic view of Cannes and a balcony with great views. The outbuilding with swimming pool also has a separate shower and toilet.
A haven of peace, close to everything: Forville Market, Center, Beaches, Palace... Household linen and sheets provided.
