Spacious and bright apartment with large and south exposed terrace. Beautiful view of the sea and Esterel mountains to the West, the Suquet (old town of Cannes) and a lovely park to the east.

Situated on the 5th and last floor.

Large living room with convertible sofa for 2 persons, TV 82 cm (32''), DVD player, hi-fi stereo.
Closed veranda with single bed (only usable in Spring and Autumn as not heated and can be very hot in Summer).
Fully equipped kitchen with vitroceramic stove, refrigerator, freezer, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine.

A wonderful beautiful place!!

Gerard’s home is beautiful, airy, sunny, open, impeccably clean and has a gorgeous view of the ocean! My friends and I loved staying there and Gerard made the entire trip effortless. Gerard picked us up at the train station and navigated us through a packed crowd of Cannes Film Festival attendees. He gave us all the details and help we needed for a flawless trip. I highly recommend this lovely home!

Met heel veel plezier hebben we gedurende een aantal weken verbleven in dit appartement. Het huis heeft zelfs in alle opzichten onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Het was zeer schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een werkelijk wondermooi uitzicht. De locatie is perfect, rustig en op loopafstand van het centrum. La description de l'annonce correspond en tous points à l'appartement loué. Il est parfaitement situé pour de petites excursions cannoises et environs (îles de Lérins, etc.), bien équipé et très fonctionnel. Lat but not least, quelle vue sur la mer!!! Tout simplement magnifique.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub ...

Wir sind angekommen und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Der Vermieter bereitete uns einen sehr herzlichen Empfang, war auch immer hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist einfach super- groß, hell, sauber, gut ausgestattet, hat ein großer und sonniger Südbalkon mit wunderschönen Blick zum Meer. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und würden jederzeit gern wiederkommen. Dem Vermieter, Herrn C. nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön.

Es war alles so wie auf den Bildern bei FeWo-direkt dargestellt und wie dort beschrieben. Bei der Ankunft gab es einen herzlichen Empfang durch den Vermieter Herrn Caloustian und anschließend hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Cannes und Umgebung Die gesamte Abwicklung durch Herrn Caloustian verlief super und die Wohnung kann man guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. An dieser Stelle unseren recht herzlichen Dank für den netten und problemlosen Aufenthalt.

Heerlijke plek aan het water in Cannes. Prachtig uitzicht op de Middelandse Zee. Inrichting huis is wat gedateerd, maar je zit dan ook voornamelijk op het terras. Uitstekend contact met eigenaar Gerard.

Vi har lejet denne lejlighed for 2. år i træk og havde 2 fantastiske uger i Cannes. Lejligheden ligger meget tæt på en dejlig strand, som er bemandet med livreddere alle ugens 7 dage. Der er kort gåafstand til den hyggelige gamle bydel i Cannes, ligesom vi har haft mange hyggelige gåture til havnen. Lejligheden er udstyret med vaskemaskine og opvasker og har en dejlig terrasse med en fantastisk udsigt og meget at kigge på. Udlejeren svare hurtigt på mails og er meget flink og imødekommende. Vi vender hel sikkert tilbage til denne lejlighed

All'arrivo ci ha accolti con frutta fresca, vino e fiori freschi.Non manca nulla e, grazie alle due settimane di sole, abbiamo goduto, con estremo piacere, della magnifica vista mare ( festival dell'arte pirotecnica incluso!).Spiaggia a 100 metri, supermercato , negozi e centro di Cannes a pochissimi minuti. BUONE VACANZE!

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement durant les vacances de Noël. La vue sur la mer est magnifique, l'appartement est très agréable, très bien isolé et vaste. La proximité avec le centre ville est appréciable : possibilité de rejoindre le centre ville à pied en 1/4 d'heure. Pas de problème de stationnement, un emplacement parking souterrain est inclus dans la location. Nous y retournerons. Christine et Gilles

Tres bel appartement

c'est un bel appartement avec un grand balcon d'ou on a une vue formidable sur la mer. La plage est tout pres. Nous y sommes allees pour la deuxieme fois cette Anne. C' est bien equipes et l' acceuil etait vraiment gentil. Bref on y retournera!

Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Panoramablick

Sämtliche positiven Aspekte der vorhergehenden Beurteilungen können wir bestätigen. Lage, wunderschöner Meeres-/Gebirgs-Panoramablick, freundlicher Empfang und perfekte Abwicklung durch sympathischen Vermieter, praktischer Wohnungsschnitt (sep.WC), Tiefgarage, alles trifft zu. Wenn wir unbedingt etwas negatives an unserem Aufenthalt anmerken sollen: das Wetter hätte etwas besser sein können.

Dom je cisty a ma vytah. Byt je pekny a dobre vybaveny. K dispozicii je vsetko domace vybavenie ( pracka, umyvacka riadu, kavovar, fon ). Z balkona je uzasny vyhlad na more. Prenajimatel je velmi mily a hovori dobre nemecky a anglicky. Mozeme tento byt len odporucat. Das Haus ist sauber und hat einen Fahrstuhl. Die Wohnung ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Alle Annehmlichkeiten ( Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Fön) sind vorhanden. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und spricht gut deutsch und englisch. Wir können die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen.

"El piso esta muy bien co...

"El piso esta muy bien conservado y esta bien equipado, nos lo entregaron muy limpio. El propietario es muy agradable y atento. A pesar de tener solo 1 habitación, el amplio salon y terraza con su maravillosa vista de la costa son lo mejor. Es estupendo poder comer viendo esas vistas. Estuvimos muy a gusto los 3 niños y nosotros. Respecto a la habitación y la terraza cubierta anexa,donde esta la 3º cama, son calurosas ya que les da el sol de mañana. Se agradece el aire acondicionado portatil que dispone. Respecto al ruido, el tren pasa cerca y salvo a primera hora de la mañana ni te enterass. Solo hay un amplio baño y vater aparte. La cocina esta bien equipada y tiene una terraza cubierta donde colgar las toallas y dejar cosas.La TV tiene algun canal en español (tv por adsl de sfr).La playa pública de enfrente (100 m) es de arena esta muy bien y el centro de la ciudad esta a pocos minutos andando. Hay un panaderia junto a la playa estupenda y un super cerca andando. Le alquilamos una plaza de parking en el mismo edificio, ya que era agosto (por comodidad), pero hay una zona donde se puede aparcar muy cercana. En resumen, muy recomendable."
