Great spot! Ideal location for a large family looking to enjoy all the fun Sunday River has to offer. The large house had more than enough rooms and beds to accommodate a large family with kids. The kitchen was awesome too! We loved our stay and will be staying there again in the future!
We thoroughly enjoyed the house. Great location, big kitchen, and fun game room downstairs. Highly recommend this property for small or large gatherings.
Attended a wedding in Bethel and had 15 family members from ages 5-82! We were able to hike and play outside and when it rained for two days, we all had time and space to occupy ourselves in the home!
Great place to stay and enjoy yourselves!
Property was just as advertised! Plenty of room for our mini family reunion with 22 people. Would definitely recommend and certainly would stay again!! Five stars!!!
We loved the set up of the kitchen and the game room and kids cove! Hot tub was in great shape, on a quiet road. A bit musty downstairs and a few small issues, but we’ll worth it!
This beautiful house was the perfect setting for our family reunion. We loved the cabin feel, the spacious kitchen, the downstairs arcade, the hot tub, and the bunk rooms for the kids. It was the perfect space to connect as a family, play lots of games, enjoy the outdoors, and make lovely memories. Amanda was a gracious host, very accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions we had. Would highly recommend!
When we arrived the home was inviting and consistent with the photos. The house had ample parking, plenty of amenities, and was clean. We had a wonderful family celebration for my husband's 60th birthday.
We love Sunday River. This house is fantastic for anyone looking for a place to accommodate multiple families with people of all ages. The game room is great for kids (& adults), while the main level is perfect for adults to hang out, and the hot tub is ideal after a long day of skiing. The walk to the roadrunner trail is an easy 3-4 minutes. Would undoubtedly stay here again.
