Located in the Signature Condominium Homes, this condo unit has a large bedroom suite with an organic King mattress and a sleeper sofa in the living room, easily accommodating 2people.( Maximum 3 people) this unit also comes with a spacious bathroom, washer/dryer, dining area, and a balcony. Guests will also have access to the community facilities including pools, spas, sauna, fitness center, business center, picnic gazebos, BBQ area, and a cozy firepit. This unit’s location is also beautiful and just a walking distance away from a grocery store and a few restaurants. There are other attractions such as West World, TPC Golf Course, and the McDowell Mountains nearby. This is also a great place to stay to check out the Barrett-Jackson Car Show.
