Overall solid property. Quiet location, which was nice vs a hotel. Inability to lower the AC below 71 and a less than ideal mattress in the only bed left something to be desired.

Thank you for the review and for noting the quiet location. The thermostat is set with a 71°F minimum so the AC does not freeze up in the Arizona heat. The mattress is about two years old, and most guests have found it very comfortable, though comfort is personal and we are sorry it was not ideal for you. We are glad the rest of the stay was solid.

This lovely N. Scottsdale condo is ideally located close to nature, hiking trails, restaurants and shopping. The unit is quite spacious with a very comfortable bed, a well appointed kitchen ideal for cooking meals at home, a separate dining space, generous dual sink bathroom with large tub, plus an in unit full size washer and dryer. My favorite space was the ample, beautiful outdoor balcony which is accessible from both the living room and bedroom for quiet morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.

Great place to stay for our AZ visit. Bed was big & comfy, loved the big tub, and a cute patio to eat our breakfast on. The AC kicking on was a bit noisy in the middle of the night, but probably needs something tightened up.
