Located in the Signature Condominium Homes, this condo unit has a large bedroom suite with an organic King mattress and a sleeper sofa in the living room, easily accommodating 2people.( Maximum 3 people) this unit also comes with a spacious bathroom, washer/dryer, dining area, and a balcony. Guests will also have access to the community facilities including pools, spas, sauna, fitness center, business center, picnic gazebos, BBQ area, and a cozy firepit. This unit’s location is also beautiful and just a walking distance away from a grocery store and a few restaurants. There are other attractions such as West World, TPC Golf Course, and the McDowell Mountains nearby. This is also a great place to stay to check out the Barrett-Jackson Car Show. This lovely N. Scottsdale condo is ideally located close to nature, hiking trails, restaurants and shopping. The unit is quite spacious with a very comfortable bed, a well appointed kitchen ideal for cooking meals at home, a separate dining space, generous dual sink bathroom with large tub, plus an in unit full size washer and dryer. My favorite space was the ample, beautiful outdoor balcony which is accessible from both the living room and bedroom for quiet morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.

The unit was well appointed, had everything we needed. Had a Keurig that also brewed, so that was a nice touch. We didn’t realize it was a second floor unit, but I may have overlooked that in the description. We made it work. It’s a very nice unit, would recommend. It’s definitely not a family unit, but for a couple it worked great. It is very close to the beautiful pool which was the perfect temperature. Bed was great. 2 large TVs. Nice appliances. Great patio.

Good communication, good directions, super location. You can walk to AJ’s a nice and fun supermarket. Close to hiking trails, close to the Waste Management golf tournament. You can walk to pickleball courts. Comfortable bed and condo was clean.
